The view from the lighthouse was lovely but the rest of the attractions included in the entry weren't really all that interesting. The museum talked about the hayday of Tybee which was rather strange as I don't think a whole lot of people would be very interested in that knowledge. It is nice to go for a walk along the beach

This was a great experience while visiting Tybee Island! The cost is very reasonable and you can explore the lighthouse and the history of the area around it. The staff was very professional, nice, and knowledgeable about the lighthouse. It is fairly tall, so if you are afraid of heights, it may not be for you. Overall, I would go here again when I visit Tybee Island and highly recommend!

Very cool, site in great condition, knowledgeable and engaging staff. Mind the wasps at the top in warm seasons. I'm glad they don't get rid of them though, they may not be cute like bees but they're pollinators too. Climbing the lighthouse is certainly a good workout!

It's a wonderful lighthouse. Still maintained well and worker house is something I have seen for the first time. Quite place around, take a walk. Visit to the museum was good. Not a must visit but you are in Savannah drive to tybee would be wonderful to do.

Great historical site. Wonderful 15 min video about the lighthouse. Only lighthouse with keepers homes still in existence. Staff is very knowledge and friendly.
Just be aware that the last ticket sales are 4:30 but the lighthouse and fort museums close at 5:30. The light house is over 100 steps with no wheelchair access. There are landing platforms for breaks between stair sets and if you're like me, you'll greatly appreciate the little breaks! Each one does offer a view outside as you catch your breath. Have gone here twice now paid the money, can't remember how much exactly but it wasn't excessive. Went up into the lighthouse, which was the highlight. Worth all the steps. Took 6 of my kids up, from 13 to 3 and they all did just fine on the steps. My 10 year old had an issue with the height, but everyone else loved the view. Then went through the lightkeepers house and the bunker museum. All of it was interesting and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. A must do during your visit.

Very nice, had a great lunch at The Crab Shack. Tried the Captains sampler platter. It was great. Wife had half a chicken and it was perfect. We both enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere was great , nice eat in and deck dinning. We had our meal out on the deck, nice breeze and very few bugs.

Been to lighthouses all down the east coast. This one is by far the best experience. Go inside the actual battle garland, see restored living quarters of the keepers, go up the lighthouse. Located right on North Beach access. Highly recommended.

Our 13 year old, 11 year and 7 year boys loved it! Climbing the lighthouse was the favorite part. History buffs (esp. American history and military history buffs) will find the history of the island in the museum's fascinating! My husband and I have been here twice and have loved it both times.

Friendly service from everyone and a really cool experience. The guides were knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. Our 3 year old made the walk all the way up, and the view was definitely worth it.

Very pleasant experience always. Parks don't allow smoking or vaping so none of that around our kids. Just fresh air and history.

The employees working were very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed touring the grounds and the fort across the street. Great place to visit when in the area.

Amazing view and a place I would not miss. The property is kept up and is very nice as well as the fort. Parking was easy to find bit it was the off season. Beautiful site

I'm a lighthouse fanatic. This one is classically beautiful.We were unable to have beach access so knowing that in advance we went later. Gorgeous sunset highlighted the lighthouse's beauty. At that time of day there's no public bathroom access and the museum is closed. I remember parking being pricey, over $5 but less then $15. I'm sure that part of the island will regain beach access by summer 2017, if it has not already. There's a bar looked like a local crowd. There are campgrounds that you pass driving in and condos( summer rentals or year round residents I can't say) off to the right. I can't wait to return
