Great for listening to jazz. The group performing was really talented straight ahead jazz quintet. Food was okay.

The club was ok. Kind of small and wasn't expecting a $10 min which wouldn't have been bad if dinner wasn't before arriving.

This is THE dive jazz club in DC. While I was there they were boasting they are the oldest jazz place in the city. The live music was excellent but the $15 cover was a bit much. Drinks are limited but the prices are reasonable. Don't expect quick service. The bar is a kick.

I took my friend here for his birthday and the live band was awesome, ambience was amazing, food delicious and the staff friendly. I think I've found a new hangout spot that's peaceful!!!! Go visit asap and try the salmon salad !!!

For what it is, a jazz joint, it's good. Just don't go for the food, and be warned: no talking!

Decided to go here last minute after plans fell through - the jazz orchestra was great, drinks were strong, and it was so much fun! Definitely not super fancy or glitzy - just the way a jazz club should be.
