I stayed in one of the cabins during a motorcycle trip to the U P. It was a great place for a base camp. The staff was friendly and courteous. I definitely would stay there again.

Nice state park. Camping is a bit close to the highway but hardly noticeable as it's not busy at night, especially.

Central location for the Kewenaw. Nice clean modern bathrooms. Courteous staff. Well maintained park with lots of amenities. Some of the sites are not well drained so be prepared if wet.

Clean restrooms and a beautiful setting. This is a very popular state park, and it is right on M-26 so it can be a little noisy. But it is nice to camp within walking distance of Krups, where ice cream, pasties and coffee are always available.

You will definitely be able to see and hear your camping neighbors, but the water is very warm and quiet compared to Superior and other inland lakes.

Remote little state park far from any communities. The lake is beautiful, if a bit crowded with houses and camps. The park is great though. Visit in the early summer or fall and there's hardly a soul around.

The lakeside sites are beautiful. Not crowded and very clean. Staff is 5 star.

Well kept up place. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a nice park for kids to play on and a lake that was clean and refreshing. This campground was right next to the orv trails. Down side the camp site we had was close to the road and you could hear the traffic going by on the busy highway.
