Hi, just an update on the great service at Twin County Tire. We just came back and had new tires put on our new RV. We would like to thank everyone for their friendly service and especially Bob, the qualified technician who did our work. Bob is a great asset to your company, as he made sure everything was up to specs before we left, including the spare tire. Was told they can hold my car until it passed inspection 19VAC30-70-60. Rejection Stickers says nothing about being able to hold someones property. That is illegal please read up on your statues before telling people this.

I always get topnotch service from Twin County Tire. They're upfront with costs, always call me if there is something extra that pops up (which is rare), and are very friendly. I love their early bird drop off service. I drop my keys off, walk to work, and when my day is over, I walk back to get the vehicle. Two thumbs up!

There's no use of setting a appointment up with these people. My appointment was at 11 o'clock as what I was told on the phone when I scheduled it. Then I show up at 11 o'clock and they tell me it was at 9 o'clock. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to these people. The employer's act like they don't want to do anything, and then they have enough decency to ask to reschedule it. You can't even keep the one I did schedule what's the use of another one!

Be aware poor service!
