I want to give a special heartfelt THANK YOU to Boss Shop!

On my way home to the Great Lakes area from the Carolinas I broke a serpentine belt. Boss Shop fixed my vehicle and got me on my way quickly. The employees are professional, knowledgeable, hard-working, and most of all polite.

They took over an hour and a half to change a trailer tire..Are you serious? Some of the laziest mechanics I've ever seen in my life. And they didn't let me know when my truck was ready. I was just left sitting there and waiting like an idiot until I asked if it was done. Really crappy business.

Be wary of "no discount here" Cassandra, she's the little safe spacer uneven pigtail wearing front desk troll. I went in to get two led lights pit on. Wiring already in place. Just need them mounted and connected. A ten min job for any decent mechanic. I offered $15 a light She flat out refused to even ask the Mechanic on duty if he wanted to do it insisting I pay the full hour shop rate. She's screwed that mechanic out of money and didn't even blink an eye. You boys at that shop have probably been screwed out of cash in the past and don't even know it
