Good local bank but a bit behind the times. Lifetime free checking, but no internet banking services and idiosyncratic limits on what local branches can do.

The Bank Manager wants me to Pay a fee to Cash Checks even though I have a Lifetime FREE checking account. I will go to Wal Mart and pick up a gallon of milk while I'm there If I want to pay a fee to cash checks !
