I do not have many great things to say about the nursing staff, just kind of rude and seemed like they were inconvenienced my me and my requests. One lady kept coming into my room WITHOUT KNOCKING each time to change the trash bags and stuff I thought it was very rude to not knock. I'm also not sure why you can not have someone in your room with you I think as a patient you have those rights. The ultrasound tech was good she was a very sweet. I loved Dr.Huges he touched me soul with a beautiful prayer for my baby and I. He made the entire experience better.

I had a short notice appointment at the radiology department today. I want to thank both the Doctor and the very professional tech who put me at ease. They both were very thorough. Thank you so much.

Very caring attentive. Explained all that I was experiencing & the treatment I was receiving. If you must go to a hospital, you can’t go wrong choosing this one.

I was admitted for pancreatitis. The nurses were wonderful. They responded promptly when I needed something after I hit the call light. Unlike other nurses at other hospitals I have been to, these nurses were so nice and compassionate. Everything about this hospital is top notch. If you need to go to the hospital I would recommend coming here for top notch compassionate Care.

This is the best hospital in the whole wide world. My ICU nurse Lisa is amazing and should get a raise!

Went to The Eglin ER twice over the span of three days and never got the pain management I needed and spent over 5 hours each trip. Decided on the third attemp to go to Twon Cities ER and got the pain management I needed along with quick friendly service and knowledgeable Doctors and Nurses.

Absolutely worst hospital I've ever been to.Even worse than Crestview's. Everyone in the front office of the E.R. Department should be fired. Waited over 2 hours in the waiting room to be seen after the nurse told me it would only be 5 more minutes. All this while ladies in the front office joked around and laughed amongst each other. If you have an emergency, I'd recommend going elsewhere unless you feel like waiting all day to be seen.

Regarding ER intakeAnaphylaxis is an emergency. All who work in the medical and emergency field need to be fully educated about that. Patients need to be closely observed not shuffled into the waiting room.

Excellent care - I had a skilled surgeon and anesthesiologist, attentive and gentle nurses, and overall great staff. Due to situation, sought second opinion from specialized hospital who gave the surgeon and pathologist superior marks.

I got here with a throbbing tooth ache we sit in the lobby bout 15 mins before they called me to triage. They took my blood pressure n pulse n told me they didn't have a room n sent me back out to the lobby no wrist band no band that showed I have allergies. After calling 2 other patients back then they put me in a room n left me sitting on pain for 3 more hrs. Never seen a Dr only the med nurse for a antibiotic n to b sent home. I will not be going to Twin Cities at night. Because they do not care for the patients like the day Dr do. I've never had a problem with this hospital til tonight. Soooo disappointed should have just went to okaloosa the treatment would have been a little bettet

If you have a medical emergency this is where you want to go. Very prompt, professional and sympathetic. Both of my kids had to go here. They have a great, knowledgeable staff. Very impressed. Never had to wait long to be taken back.

This is one of the best hospitals. I've read all of the negative comments & I think that most people only post reviews when they have had a negative experience. I want to break that cycle. Here's my positive review:
Every time I have been to this hospital I have been treated with the utmost respect & care. The doctors and nurses I have had the pleasure in meeting have been more than courteous to me. I have always been diagnosed correctly, and if I have ever been in pain, they have helped relieve it within one hour of presenting to the emergency department. Thank you Twin cities hospital!
