Haven't slept here but i drive buy it regularly, its an old single story motel, been here a long time, not very busy???? A last resort for places to stay in Crestview.
Good for emergencies or a quick room for the night. Not good for vacation
This place is a great baking fire hazard. A friend of mine stayed here for a week. His neighbor I thought was an undercover cop Dealing crack at the door To a line of cars. I heard his crack oven going on and off in bathroom and concern of a hot wire by a cook The circuit breaker obviously would not flip. Last day the building caught on fire burning to the ground. Manager would not refund money.
I did not expect a five star hotel for $50 a night but I definitely didn't expect bugs and lizards inside either. There's just a few basic renovations that could be made to improve overall quality of the place. Never mind that the televisions are almost as old as I am 😐
This hotel does not have a great reputation my husband and I moved in out of necessity I've had no problems here at all the staff have been all really helpful and actually I'm going to church right next door it's not a fussy place five-star place but it is not the dive everybody says it to me either
Very pleased with my stay. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay and very spacious for all my boxes and luggage. Weekly rates were at a very good price and staff was very courteous to my needs. I would definitely recommend to others and I would not hesitate to stay here in the future.
A older motel but very quiet and clean in the center of Crestview. The staff is accommodating and friendly.
Posted "NO REFUND AFTER 10 MINS" JUST TURN AROUND This place is creepy. Do not bring your children and lock your doors. The police were there everytime I walked outside. My wife was terrified to be there alone and my dogs didn't want to go outside either. The room was spacious and overall ok but the shower needs alot of work. I had to wear my flip flops in it and I'm not sure if I was cleaner before I took a shower. Let's just say it takes alot to concern me and with this place I was definitely concerned. Now I'm not knocking the owner or the place I know he goes through alot to keep the place running, he just needs to pick better tenants (half of them live there) . So over all if your broke and homeless this place is excellent. If your looking for a relaxing comfortable place to stay on vacation look sonewhere else.
Neil the manager bangs on your door about an HR before check out time n tells you to vacate was very rude absolutely disgusting rooms was so horrified I left within ten minutes of my arrival n would'nt refund a dime The local police we're at every other room it was hands down the worst night mare
Clean rooms, if you are looking for simply a place to relax and sleep they have a selection of comfortable layouts with one and two bed options (the beds are surprisingly comfortable). No special breakfasts or things off the sort but over all pleased with my stay.
I would like to say that upon calling twice, the first person (a female) I spoke to regarding 2 persons occupying the room, I was quoted $265 per week + tax, so I asked about their pet policy, she then stated that it would be 305 + tax. Within in a few days, I called back to inquire the weekly rate and spoke to (a male) person whom was rude and acted like he would not understand nor hear me. Once are we where able to have a dialogue: he was rude and stated that NONE of his rooms where that rate for a week and that they charged $75 dollars for pets. Unless you have NO where else to go, (I would sleep in my car) to cheaply bath, this would be your best option.
The refrigerator did not work, the air conditioner filter was dirty and took 2 hours for the room to cool down to 75.
The shower sprayed out the back side.
Most of all the bed was hard, up too high.
The room had a smell to it.
