My daughter loved this location. The staff was friendly and fun. She picked the "Hide and Seek Bunny." Absolutely loves it because the sounds it makes when you play hide and seek. It will chirp and make other cute sounds until you pick it up and hug it. The entire visit process took a little over 45 minutes. Which seemed to fly by with the fun my daughter was having.

Very rude employees, walked out with my daughters. Long story short is if the company hires idiots then they don't deserve to get my money.

Very rude employee! She snapped and yelled at my 2 year old for being curious and standing "too close" to the stuffing machine. She wasn't touching anything or hurting anyone, but wasn't standing behind the red sign that says line starts here. If you don't have patience with kids then don't work at a kid friendly place!! She ruined the experience for my little one after driving nearly 2 hours to get there. I've never written a review before, but felt I needed to warn others.

I went in the store while in town. The worker Liza was very impolite to myself and other customers. Otherwise nice store.

Me and my boyfriend went here because I had a birthday coupon. I picked what I wanted to build and had to wait forever for a worker. Then she came over and was so unfriendly. I know I'm not a child but I was still a customer. After waiting for her to come over she started stuffing it and it was limp when she took it off and I told her to put more in it. She acted like it was killing her. She didn't pull the thread right so we had to wait for her to come back out. While we we're waiting my boyfriend stuck his hand in some stuffing that was sitting around. She saw and jumped all over us saying she could get in alot of trouble. The lid to the container was not on it. We didn't remove it. Any kid would stick their hand in something like that. After all of that we get in line and then a few people line up behind us and she still hasn't came to the register. She decides she wants to put the stuffing in the machine and by then about 6 people are wanting to check out. When she finally comes she is in a rush and I show her my coupon and says she used it. When we got home I looked at the receipt and she didn't. Her name was Liza. I have had pleasant experiences here in the past with other workers but if she is there I would suggest leaving.
