As a guest at the Sheraton Atlanta, I was looking for dinner at 8pm. I found the menu online and chose what I was going to eatcrab cakes. Upon arrival, my choice was not on the menu the waitress stated that the online menu was outdated. I asked the waitress to speak to the chef and I was accommodated with a comparable online price. Thank you for the accommodation. In the end, as the manager did rounds at the patrons tables, I informed him of the online menu discrepancy and he stated he will meet with his website team to get it updated. They had tv's on so you could watch the World Series. They seem to have a great list of alcoholic beverages. The service was pleasant and not too many interruptions of my dinning experience. I did see that people were unsure of whether they are to seat themselves or wait to be seated. The crab cakes were to die for. ..worth the trip!

The service was excellent, as well as the beers. The food was pretty decent as well! I was hoping that they had more items on the menu for folks traveling for work and dining alone, but most apps were designed for two or more. Overall, I'll be back!

I have to start with the atmosphere of this place. It's a bit whimsical, but not really enough to make a statement. There are mirrors and striped upholstery, bent glasses and curved silverware.
Moving on to the food. We got hummus appetizer, tomato soup and a grilled chicken sandwich. All 3 things were excellent.
The reason for 3 stars boils down to the service. We weren't drinking. We got very little food (which all came out at the same time, by the way). My boyfriend and I were there much longer than necessary. Our server would disappear for long periods. Our water was almost always empty. And the restaurant really wasn't very full.response / report this review -

Date of visit: April 09, 2017. Around 9 p.m.
Order: ginger drop martini, bottled beer, humus sampler, shrimp cocktail, grilled salmon entree, and cesar salad entree with grilled salmon added, and double fried plantains.
Bill: originally over $100, after the removal of the inedible shrimp cocktail: just over $90
The humus sampler apetizer was the only good thing about the meal. The service was good, but that isnt why we go out to eat is it. The ginger dropt cocktail was mostly liquor which is great if you're an alcoholic, but sucks when you're expecting a well-crafted, balanced, and flavourful drink. All the food was actually lacking in flavor, everything but the rice and vegetables with the entrees were undercooked and underseasoned and I dont do a lot of seasoning so that is saying something. The shrimp for the shrimp cocktail was hardly cooked at all and not chilled whatsoever. They need a new chef and bar tender and seriously re-thinking the pricing or step up the quality of food to meet that high price point.
There was no wait for seating as you can seat yourself in the bar area or be seated in the more formal dining section.
Needless to say, we wont be going back, there are plenty of other places to eat in Atlanta and the food was not worth it at all, it was very disappointing.response / report this review -

Pretty expensive for what you get. Paid $15 for a pizza, it was good but not great. Wait staff was good with checking in on us a lot. Restaurant should have a trail mix without nuts for guests with allergies. Atmosphere is good for a sports game. Beer flight was all IPA's, they should have more variety with a GA beer flight.

Came for my birthday Nov 18TH was told I will have one long table by the window I reserved this a month before the date when I got there table wasn't where I reserved for , the waiter not the main one with the glasses but the bald one aka the sidekick was rude n told them I wouldn't have as a big party anymore n was told me as the birthday girl can order something off the regular menu not the set menu for parties over 12. so the girl bartender said she got me on a drink a mix mojito got the check and was upset n furious I walked away n cried then they put gratuity on my party check when I was told party of 12 or more when I counted its 11 of us at the table n one person didn't order anything.so me n my friends ending up paying at least 80 or more with $10 or more gratuity tip on each ticket in my party I had Alot of expectations for this restaurant but I just ended up crying my whole night n my birthday was ruined.that restaurant did not deserve a 100-150 tip from my party behind all these smiles in my picture I was upset n unhappy with the reservation team n services with this restaurant SMH

From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty! The staff was WONDERFUL and friendly. We had bacon-wrapped shrimp which were delicious. My wife had a portobello burger which she said was great. I had a NY strip -- cooked perfectly as ordered. Great atmosphere. Definitely worth it. We LOVED IT!!!

Had the $55 24 oz rib steak which had absolutely no flavor. The asparagus served us had better flavor. Our server Tony was the only good experience we had there. He was fantastic! Food is way overpriced for the quality and taste. The chef needs to go back to culinary school.
