Best experience ever!!!! Ask for EDDIE, he was not pushy at all. Made me feel super comfortable and got me the deal of the year. I came with a budget in mind and not only did he meet it but went under it and got me an unbelievable price on my car. Love this place. Coming back again very soon.

I dropped my 2017 Dodge Ram rebel off for its first oil change at Irvine tuttleclick.The staff was very polite friendly and prompt. They were able to get my oil changed quickly and got me back on the road. I will recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I had the brakes flushed. My brake pedal was less firm after their flush. I texted them this information, but got no response. I had a fuel tube replaced on my diesel engine, as well. A result of the fuel tube failure was my glow plug light came on. After the repair, it was still on. I asked about it and the service writer didn't seem to know anything. It went off after a few hours of driving, but it would have been nice to have a heads up from them about the light still being on, but would probably go off. They also initially gave me an estimate for another repair with a part that would cost $50. A few days later they call me back and say they made a mistake. The part is $550! Not to good for a labor rate of $160 per hour.

I went to get service and I end up getting a new truck I want to say thank you David from service I remember taking my first charger 4 years a go and all this time it's being great getting service from him and always a good communication. And Ray from sales definitely help to get the truck I wanted even tho it was difficult but made it happen.. thank you guys..

Review for Service JAMES MOORE! - Please send me sincere THANK YOU to James Moore, the Asst Manager for his continued support, focus and care for the customer. Not once, but twice has he come through to help us out, arrange for a rental car when needed and be in constant contact with us for any updates. Months ago, my Jeep Grand Cherokee had an issue, and he helped us resolve it since it was fairly new. Just this week my wife's Cherokee was having issues and he took care of those as wellto our surprise the very next day it broke down again. We had it towed in, he took care of it, helped my wife get into a rental car and the next day was ready for pick up. Had a minor problem with the billing, however he was caring and worked with us and the Manager to make it right. More people should be like James, in this industry - in the past I used to cringe at coming into a dealership - but rest assured, where ever James goes, I will be sure to follow for his help and care. Thank you James, and Tuttle-Click don't ever let this guy go, he is on his way to be big things and he should be promoted if at all possiblehe can instill leadership and an example of what a truly good employee is!

I took a dodge Challenger from them. Over all I felt very good in the way they are handling customers and understanding their real need.All process was super smooth comparing to other dodge showrooms I visit to check about Challenger. Some showrooms asked to book appointment to see the vehicle. In Tuttle click I decided - took -and drove the car to my home in 2 hrs :) .. Wonderful sales man. Even after sales also they are up to mark.i highly recommend this showroom.

Wasn't planning on going to this dealership but was in the area and they had the exact same car I was searching for, got there about a hour before closing and got the attention of salesman "Zeke" who showed me the vehicle which was flawless. I made him an offer, he countered, I accepted. The whole process was done in little over a hour and the staff here could not have been nicer and accommodating. Pleasure doing business here.

We had a good experience with getting our 15,000 mile service. Joe was very helpful with getting us in late in the day and the car was ready early the next morning. My wife was impressed and was able to get to work on time. Its nice to know there is a local auto service company you can count on to get it right every time. Been a Tuttle customer for years now and will be coming back.

Just bought two vehicles and had the best car buying experience ever! Coz our salesperson, Nick the sales manager, and Keith our finance manager were all very professional and worked together to deliver on all promises and then some.
