Delivery is fast and efficient. The customer service is very welcoming. There are two tables inside the carry out restaurant where you can dine in. They have a really nice delivery guy who always has a smile on his face.

First off the last time I ordered the order never came this time the order came and the broccoli (I got beef and broccoli) was rotten. This is honestly the worst restaurant ever

I'm not sure if this place is under new management but I usually get a lunch special at least once a week and now they will NEVER get my service again! I ordered chicken and got beef. When I called to say my order was wrong I got yelled at. I wasn't even asking for a refund but for them to send the right order as I don't eat beef. A male just yelled at me saying he delivered what I ordered and that was the end of it. I don't recommend this place. It has gone down from what it used to be. Mistakes happen but how you handle them shows your character.

Extremely unprofessional! My family and I ordered $50 worth of food and it took over two hours to get to us. At the hour and 30 min mark we called for an update and a young lady answered and told us our food was still there because the kitchen was backed up. She then said that if our food was cold by the time it got to us we would receive a full refund. Not only was the food cold, but our order was completely incorrect. We called back and the same young lady advised that she would have the manger call us back. Well he did, he proceeded to tell us that he took the order, cooked and delivered our food and felt nothing was wrong and HUNG UP. We called back and he continued to scream “you’re playing with me” and hung up. He would not let us speak about our issues with our order and then blocked our calls. As a business owner this situation could have been handled better and as long term customers who always order in bulk, this restaurant will never receive our business or the business of any friends in the neighborhood who we can get the word to.

Holy wow!! The food is AWESOME!! The dudes up front are super cool and chill too. Overall pleasant experience. Prices are reasonable but the quality is way beyond anything else in the area. New favorite Chinese place!

If they had no stars i would put that. These are the most worst, disgusting, rudest people I've ever delt with. The food is absolutely nasty. I ordered the general tso chicken with fried rice. The rice was stale the chicken was nasty it, smelt weird, and the meat was tough to chew. Never order from here ever! We demanded our money back and they threatened to call the police on u because, they kept hanging up and we kept calling back for our money. They pretended they couldn't hear me on the phone and spoke in Chinese. But they have no problem speaking in English when they were getting paid, when we placed our order. Never order from here the only way we couldn't get our money is through the bank. Thank god we paid with a credit card, otherwise we would have been up the creek. Their food wasn't worth all of this hassle. Id rather cook at home then to order their filth.

My food was Awesome! The customer service is not up to PAR. I called to place my order and I asked about the crabmeat rangoons but I wanted the half order from the online menu. The clerk told me that they didn't have an online menu, so I confirmed the name of the restaurant and the address because I was clearly looking at their online menu. The clerk advise me that it would be 30 mins. The food arrived sooner. The delivery guy did not take credit cards, I was supposed to pay over the phone. This was my first time ordering from there, so I was unaware. I called Golden China and the same clerk was rude. The delivery guy was nice and patient. I would order from there again. I just know to pay first.
