Small lady with accent at the front counter doesn't know what drip coffee is. I tried to explain and pointed at the menu items. We paid for filter drip but somehow she still poured us basic machine coffee. Fist and last Illy experience.

Great espresso, I ordered an iced mocha with almond milk and it was delicious. The espresso was very smooth and went nicely with the Ghirardelli chocolate. Wonderful outdoor patio to sit and enjoy your beverage.

Nice change from Starbucks. Well run, They're usually only on Europe, but seem to be expanding here.
