This restaurant is always fantastic. The very few times that we've had problems with a server the manager has been very quick to resolve the problem. The food has always been fresh, abundant, and tasty.

I go to Tucanos for birthdays about 3 times a year and it's wonderful. It's worth the Price for the perfectly seasoned and cooked meats. The 'salad bar' is wonderful too. I love the Brazillian cheese bread and the marinated mushrooms. There's also sushi, many, many different kinds of salads, fried bananas, and much more. The way they bRing the meat around means it's going to be chaotic. However, the servers are polite and efficient in ensuring next to no collisions occur. It's like watching a well coordinated choreographed dance. I have yet to have a poor experience. Be aware there will be a lot of singing going on. Birthdays are popular here since they offer a free meal if you come with a paying customer.

The salad bar is ok but everything else is not good. First they do not have a lots of variety of meat. Then what they do is for the first 30-40 minutes they only make 3-4 trips to your table so you don't get much. You will become full with salad. Then usually the manager comes and ask you have is the meat. When you tell him not good. They send 3-4 servers with meet just make it look good. This technique is not really honest. I do not recommend this place.

So very good!! I went today with 20+ people in my group and they were ready for us, and accommodated us perfectly!! They asked how we wanted our meat cooked and kept the variety coming!!! Shout out to Devin H. for his kindness and swift-professionalism. Also to Preston (The trainer) for helping us laugh and getting us to smile. Overall experience was wonderful, I for anyone going I DEFINITELY reccommend trying the pineapple and the chicken heart!!

Scheduled a company party two weeks in advance and called the morning of, to confirm. When my employees arrived there the manager said it was scheduled for an hour earlier and that he spoke to me about the time and even called. ( which never happened). Long story short they had three made up reason of why we had been input at the wrong time. Luckily the wonderful ladies upfront listened and we were accommodated. However, the manager never came over to apologize for his indiscretion. Otherwise the staff there was wonderful and the food great! They keep the meat coming and had a great selection. Unlike other churrasco places in town who only seem to bring out chicken option. They had quite a few red meat choices and the pineapple was amazing!

The staff is nice and there selection is good, if you eat meat. I wouldn't suggest the place if you are a vegetarian. They do have some decent options on the salad bar, but its not worth the price. I don't mean to bash the restaurant. I think they are a quality establiahment. Its just my friend dragged me there saying they had good veggie options and they just didn't.

Service was great, the atmosphere was fantastic. One of my favorite places to eat. Lunch time is the best time to get maximum value. The food has always been great and would recommend the pineapple!

I took my wife there for our anniversary, checked in, and sat down to wait for our turn to be seated. The hostess, Maddie, quoted us 45 min and after an hour, I got up to check how much longer and found that she had forgotten to write our names down on the seating list. She apologized and told us she would seat us right away 10 minutes and 5-6 parties seated later I started to wonder what "right away" meant. 20 minutes later and I began to question why I was still there 30 minutes later we finally left. I tried to call back and speak with a manager and was told that they are too busy and will not speak with us. I have been here a handful of times before and they are just not good enough to treat people this way. There are other places, one of which is just a few minutes east of them, that are much better quality and the service is amazing. If you are looking for average food and terrible service, Tucanos is the place for you.

This place is amazing great food amazing staff. Never left waiting the service was great and friendly. Good price for the food, lots of variety in the salad bar and the meat is plentiful and good selection.

This is almost a destination place to come eat. I've made it to this restaurant several times when coming in from out of town. They offer a wide selection of food from the salad bar. You'll get an opportunity to try over 10 different bites of exotic meats, all cooked with the perfect amount of flavor. This place is always friendly and clean. Totally worth the visit.

I went to Tuscanos for my birthday on July 1st 2017 and I was so excited 😆 I couldn't wait to try it out.
I called ahead and made our reservation so that when we arrived we wouldn't have to wait.
Once we had been seated our waitress came over and gave us a run down of the place, still very excited we order our drinks and made our way to the buffet.
When we went to serve our second plate at the salad bar we returned to an empty table!!!! 😡
No drinks no silverware NOTHING!!!!!
One of the servers came back and said oh sorry we didn't know you wasn't ready to leave!!
Um what!!!? We didn't ask for a check and we had just arrived!!!
So we were told that someone would be by with drinks and silverware, we sat with our salads waiting for something to eat it with and 5 min ( is an eternity when you are waiting to eat) we finally got silverware but still no drinks.
We politely asked again for our drinks and we had already finished before we got our drinks and I stupidly asked for water and that never came!!!!!
Anyways I will most likely not return to this place anytime soon.

Went to Tucanos with family and had a great experience. Meat was high quality and service was EXCELLENT! Shout out to our awesome server Andrew G. who was on top of everything, very friendly, accommodating, and really made the dinner enjoyable. He was great at interacting with us and finding out what we wanted brought out to us. Seriously, excellent service and great food. Would absolutely come back!

Absolutely love this place. Take all my friends when they want a bite to eat in Salt Lake City. Both locations (Venice location & Washington location) are superb. Terrific service, great vibes (soccer always running, beautiful music playing, truly makes you feel like you're on a vacation), and delicious home made food. I usually try and go around lunch time Mon-Fri to take advantage of there awesome Executive Lunch deal. This place is truly 4 star!
