We’ve used True North several times for a variety of different issues and/or upgrades over the last 3 years.
I’ve recommended Mike and his Team to co-workers, friends, neighbors and even customers of mine, because I know that with True North, they will receive the highest quality service, as quickly as possible and they will be honest, straightforward and reasonable every step of the way.
For me to write a 5 star review or to give my personal and professional recommendations for a business, is a big deal! I put my own reputation on the line, every time that I do so.
I would put my reputation on the line everyday, all day, when it comes to True North, they are just that amazing!
So stop wasting your time reading reviews and researching companies online.

Very responsive service, very professional. We hired True North on the recommendation of our daughter. She had been pleased with the service Mike with True North provided. Mike and his company did our semi annual HVAC service, repaired a broken whole house air cleaning system, and repaired yet another AC unit. All of his work was done professionally but most of all honestly. We highly recommend Mike and True North. No problem here folks. Hire them with confidence

Great company A+++! Look no further, seriously. If you value trust, honesty and professionalism from a company, and are looking who to spend your hard earned $$$ on, then use True North AC! I contacted Mike via phone which went to voicemail but in the voicemail message he says to text, which got me an immediate response. He sent Johnny out to my home and immediately diagnosed the issue and got my AC up and running. Johnny is master of his craft and his customs and courtesies is above reproach. Johnny always made sure to text or call when he was on his way. Mike is very responsive which is always appreciated. I have nothing bad to say about them. True North AC has earned my trust.

We found our go to AC maintenance / repair company FOR GOOD. These guys are dependable, professional and honest. I highly recommend True North to anyone in need of any AC service or repair. Today, Johnny serviced our 2 units and mini split. He was incredibly professional and very prompt with the service. He diagnosed our issue immediately and corrected it on the spot. This was the second time Johnny has been to our residence, and both times he did a 5 star job. Thanks guys. Look forward to working with you again in the future.

I own a large therapy private practice and we were having some bad AC issues with our offices. Went through several AC companies and they were sub-par experiences. Found True North and have used them multiple times and more recently for a more expensive job. Every time True North sent a guy named Johnny and it has been 5-star service. Johnny always comes when they say he will, is the friendliest, kindest and most respectful person. It's a challenge to do work for us when we have 12 therapists in sessions 6 days a week and he still managed to navigate the AC issues without disrupting client sessions. He has always been fair and never tried to "sell" us anything. Just gave us the options and the pros and cons to each option. Not to mention my communication with Johnny's boss (maybe the owner?). He is the quickest and most responsive HVAC person I have ever met! It really means a lot to us as the comfort of the air makes a HUGE impact of clients therapeutic sessions. if it is too hot or too cold it can really affect a client's ability to do mental health work. They have been a blessing to us!
