PLEASE , DON'T USE THIS PLACE ! We have been trying since MARCH to open our pool . Paid them $800 to have them open, they were here for 25 min. did everything they told us to do The water is still not right. Then paid another $300 for chemicals. did what they told us to do , AND STILL CAN"T USE THE POOL !!!!! AGAIN, DON'T USE THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!

We bought a new pool and needed help getting the chemicals straight. The worker was very rude and kept implying I wasted money on a pool not bought from them. She was very condescending until i finally blew up. Wish I never spent 1 dime there! When checking out she suddenly became very friendly with my husband instead of speaking to me!!!! Guess who makes the purchases? Not my husband I can tell you that. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!

They DO NOT back their work. I bought a brand new pool filter last year and the dial is leaking. They refuse to come and look at it free of charge even though it is still under warranty. I would NEVER purchase another expensive pool part from this company. I would rate 0 stars but, this app makes you give them 1!!

Will never do business with them again. They sold me a poorly designed Sundance spa with no external drain!! The instruction manual described an incorrect procedure for removing "a door" to access a drain hose, when in reality one must remove the entire spa side, 17 screws in all, and about an hour's time off/on. And do this 4x per year? Over the life of the spa? Really?? I never would have purchased had I known. Pool Tech's response: 1) I should have read the owners manual prior to purchase to understand the draining process (even though it was wrong), and 2) offered to sell me a $65 sump pump as a work-around. I also required a subsequent service call, guy was here 40 minutes and gouged me $105. Pool Tech's response: that's their standard rate, so too bad for me, the customer. Despite this not having been explained in advance.

Have been a loyal customer for 10 years, having purchased a hot tub. Have spa water tested weekly and the never fail to fax the results. Could not have been more accommodating!

I disagree with the bad comment about Pool Tech on this page. I would reccomend them to anyone looking for AMAZING service, a very knowledgable staff and exceptional results! Keep up the good work Pool Tech!
