My furnace blower was running, but the inducer fan would not kick on so I was not getting any heat. After checking a few things myself, I was sure it was an issue with the control board. I called and left a message for Brooks. He called back within ten minutes and was able to troubleshoot the issue with me over the phone. He showed great knowledge and professionalism in being able to understand the problem over the phone and guide me through the steps to troubleshoot the issue. Had the heat back on with 15 minutes. I would strongly recommend True Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning!

Brooks is very professional. I was in a pinch to get my furnace inspected and he and his coworker came out within 24 hours to perform the inspection. His company is awesome and if we need service again we are definitely calling Brooks first.

I called that AC was out and they were able to come out in just a few hours. They told me between 4-6 and were there at 4:10 - exactly on time! They were very courteous and respectful of home - bringing footies to cover shoes etc. They diagnosed and fixed the issue and answered all of my questions. Even gave me discount for future services!! Would definitely recommend these guys and am keeping their # handy!

B's Custom was very responsive when I shared our a/c had stopped working. They came up with a plan and Brooks from True Comfort Heating and Cooling called to schedule a time for the repair. Total professionalism and quickly determined cause. Warranty repair made correctly the first time. Will absolutely keep recommending!

Brooks answered first call and was at my house the same day. Called a few other places as well and not only his price was better but his knowledge was impressive. Got my unit fixed pretty quick. Highly recommend!
