We've had a fantastic experience with Coal Creek. Their staff has been nothing but courteous and professional in helping us with our backyard sprinkler system. My husband did much of the work himself but, not being professionals, we needed help connecting the lines. Coal Creek graciously helped out with fair pricing and their expertise.

Then this week one of our lines would not turn off so we called to see if they could help. Their prompt reply was appreciated and today we got it all fixed up. I really appreciate their help in not just fixing the problem but educating us on how to prevent it happening in the future. This speaks to their character as a company, not just as people who hope things continue to break so they can fix them. These new homeowners really appreciate the education!

I just had a fantastic experience with Coal Creek Landscaping. I believe it was Agnes who I spoke with over the phone, and she could not be more pleasant! She was extremely quick and professional in getting me the help I needed. I had a valve that was stuck and some sprinkler heads that needed replacement, and they were quick, professional, and very kind. I am thrilled with the service and would absolutely recommend Coal Creek to anyone who asks!

We've been customers of Coal Creek for over a decade, and have been impressed each and every time they've been asked to help us. We've had sprinklers repaired, moved, sod done, lawn care, blow outs, start ups, drip lines it goes on and on, they've done everything for us, and i am always surprised at how fair pricing is. They've even donated sod when they've noticed we had a bare spot.

This is the reason I love to look for the local company, because you will find the local small business owners that genuinely care about how they serve their community.

Note: Ive taken time to read the other reviews before deciding to post my own review, and it appears that anyone who follows normal business protocol would see that as long as both parties are looking at the relationship fairly, and pragmatically, never seems to have any issues but this could be true in nearly any business circumstance.

We have used Coal Creek several times for our landscaping needs. They've laid sod, done grading work, installed a sprinkler system etc and have always been very professional and easy to deal with. Plus their work always looks fantastic. They just finished more work today that we are happy with. They were recommended to us by a family member whose landscaping done by Coal Creek looks great as well. We will continue to recommend them to others & plan to have more work done by them in the future.

Great Company!!! We had our front lawn put in by Coal Creek Landscaping in May 2011. We were treated very well, the job we asked for was performed properly, and the onsite and office staff were very knowledge about our landscaping questions/needs! The bi-yearly maintenance gives us peace of mind knowing we are in good hands to keep our system running smoothly. My husband and I highly recommend Coal Creek for any of your landscaping needs - you won't be disappointed!
