  Worst level of customer service on the planet! I've tried many times to get in touch with these guys about pricing for a used truck camper they have on the lot or to help me trouble shoot issues on my older Northstar camper, but they rarely get back to me, and when pressed, they tell me they are too busy and my unit not worth repairing. Does it really take more than 2 weeks to get me a price for a used unit that's on consignment? Apparently it does. They totally snubbed a friend of mine, too. Unless you want a fancy expensive unit, they'll ignore you. They know truck campers, but their service is horrible. I'm done dealing with them.

  There is no equal in the Northeast to TCW. Bill and Ryan Penny offer a wide selection of the very best in truck campers and are experts at recommending and helping to prepare your vehicle for the rigors of carrying a truck camper. Be patient - they are often swamped with customers and they are a small shop - but they will get back to you. There is none better for selection or pricing. Highly recommended.
