We recently bought a 2017 Ford Escape at Troy Ford and everything about our experience was awesome! We arrived fairly certain that we wanted to purchase an Escape and Greg Taylor helped us make sure that this was the vehicle for us. He took the time to answer all our questions and help us to be certain of our purchase. When we chose the color we wanted, I called it "Cubbie blue" in honor of my favorite team! Imagine my surprise when we picked the car up a few days later and Greg had found a Chicago Cubs magnet for our new car! Now that's what I call knowing and caring for your customers!

I probably would not have bought that day if it had not been for Mike's laid back personality, keeping it real, yet still professional, and very knowledgeable. Mike will do whatever he can to get you in the car you want. It was the most fun I ever had spending 40K!

I bought 2 vehicles from these guys, Shawn Crook in particular. I bought a brand new 2017 F-250 and a certified used 2014 Escape. The truck is amazing! It didn't come with factory remote start but their team installed it for me at a reasonable price so now the vehicle has everything I wanted. We had some concerns with the Escape that they agreed, in writing, to take care of. They did exactly that. We also had another mechanical issue with the Escape about a week after the sale and they took care of this as well without any hassle. The Escape was fully loaded and Shawn took the time to go over all of the features to show us what all this car was capable of. I didn't experience any problems with the process outside of the typical car sales back and forth. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them.

This dealership is very professional but at the same time a very family oriented fun place. Mike Gorman was our salesman and he was awesome! He made sure that every step was covered with out being a stiff normal salesman. He was up front and honest and made sure we were comfortable with our decision. Wasn't just trying to push a vehicle. This is an outstanding dealership to conduct business with. Upon arriving at the dealership, we were promptly greeted by Joe Baker. He was very knowledgeable of their inventory and products. He was very professional and courteous and even showed us around their newly remodeled dealership. After negotiating for the vehicle that we picked we met their sales manager and eventually the finance guy. Very professional in all aspects. They informed us of our warranty status and offered us to upgrade it. The owner even sat with us and talked for a while. After we finished our paperwork, Joe showed us how to use everything on our new vehicle. We were very impressed. This is our dealership from now on and we won't even consider any other dealership.
