Had some bad experiences with service on my last truck bout killed it not informing me about routine maintenance needed at certain intervals. The only place it was ever taken for the entire 180k miles but never suggested changing diff fluid or actually looked at the oil dip stick to check the condition of the oil or in the pan because if they did they would've caught my head gaskets going bad over time and preventing major engine damage. The only way I found out about either was taking it back directly after oil change because I saw spots in the groundthat's when when they come with the "oh by the way your engines gone and your diff is going". Truck was running fine the whole time so I had no inclination, but I thought that's what u go to the dealer for and not a yahoothere knowledgeable experience dealing with your vehicle. But this service department just took me in and pushed me out for 5yrsbad bad bad.

The best customer service. Sales person Kevin Carter got us in a car that was perfect. Everyone in the office was friendly and made sure we were taken care of.

Andrew was extremely helpful and I will definitely consider buying a car from him, but if I buy a car from him it will be because he was so professional, and not because I liked the dealership. I felt that the conditions that he and his fellow salespeople had to work under were not so professional. We had no privacy, and I didn't like the fact that the managers (?) Were sitting in offices in back of us watching and listening to what we were doing. The atmosphere was just very uncomfortable. If Andrew had not been so hospitable, I would have immediately left the dealership and bought a car elsewhere. The dealership should consider purchasing privacy walls for their salespeople!

Good place to get ones car repaired. My appointment would have been a good one, but I had to pay the bill.

Thanks to the team at Joseph Airport Toyota (JAT) for making my trade on a newer model car a pleasant experience. Each time I visited I was met at the door and ALL the sales personnel were friendly and offered help. My own sales person, Lucas, was extremely professional and proficient. He even came in on his day off. JAT followed through on all service commitments in an exemplary manner and any concerns were addressed promptly and to my satisfaction. I felt that I experienced true teamwork and customer service. Thanks to the team!

Went in just to look at possibly buying a used car. All the cars shown to me had not gone into detailing. I was told I can go ahead and test drive and after it goes into detailing, they will call to look at it again. Salesman was high pressure and when looking at possible payment plans within my budget, proceeded to do four hard credit checks which hurt my credit score. Never got a call back about the vehicles I had looked into after detailing.

Received a call back after making this review finally received a call to tell me the vehicles was sold. Still tried to press me to come in to look at other vehicles. Really wish I didn't give them my phone number.

DEALER DID NOT DISCLOSE AUTO ACCIDENT! I bought my car three years ago from Joseph Airport Toyota. At the time, they showed me a CARFAX report that showed no damage. I recently tried to trade my car in with another dealer and was told that there had been an accident just two months prior to when I purchased the car. Since Joseph was the original seller on the car, they knew about the damage and failed to disclose this. Now, I cannot get a reasonable auto loan without paying higher rates due to the negative equity in the car. If there was a way to do a no-star rating, that's what this would be. Joseph even tried to get me to trade my car in so that they could sell me another vehicle, but then wouldn't work with me unless I gave them a $2,000 down payment and agreed to a $500 payment for a 2014 model. Shady practices. I do not recommend this dealership.

I recently visited Joseph Airport Toyota in search for a reliable car that would last me throughout college and beyond. Considering the hefty price tag that comes with tuition, my budget was fixed within tight restraints that most salesman would find daunting. This was not the case for Myron Fuller, a salesman and a remarkable human being. He started out by saying that he is in no way trying to pressure me into a purchase and that my opinion on a car is far more important than making a sale. He didn't want to mess with prices to get a few extra bucks and he was straight with me throughout the entire process. The first and only car we looked at was one I spotted online a few days before stopping by at the dealership. I gave the ride a test drive and fell in love with the way it handled and the price tag that came with it. He noticed my love for the car and did not attempt to push me towards a more expensive ride. Myron Fuller not only sold me a car, he gained my trust for a lifetime.

Joseph Airport Toyota has excellent reviews for a reason that is evident as soon as you walk into the door. They offer prices that are below Kelly Blue Book suggested retail value, leaving more money in your wallet for whatever life throws at you. On top of the excellent deals, a large quantity of their cars come with a Certified Lifetime Warranty which would cost thousands at most dealerships. The Warranty is valid at a large majority of mechanic shops if you happen to be out of state, but they have a staff of about six certified master mechanics while many dealerships only have one. Before you leave the lot in your new car, they make sure that it has fresh oil, gas, and is cleaned inside and out. They also slip in a free oil change that is valid for up to six months.

If you are looking for a trustworthy dealership, look no further. I promise that they didn't pay me to write this review, I'm just blown away by pretty much everything they did and will continue to do. When my car reaches the end of its life, I will undoubtedly return to Joseph Airport Toyota and request Myron Fuller.

Everyone is always friendly. The salesmen weren't pushy or over-the-top. My car is always serviced quickly and they even run it through the car wash as well!

I leased my 2017 Rav4 in January '17 and have no complaints or regrets! From start to finish the salesman, financing staff, and service department have been prompt, courteous and friendly. My salesman Myron and service advisor Julie went out of their way to answer all my questions and concerns. I would absolutely refer anyone who asks to this dealership!

This is our second time buying a car from Joseph Airport Toyota and it will be the only place we will ever go to get a car. Marcus Johnson helped us with getting our previous car and, when it was time to get another one we knew right where to go. Everyone there is so friendly and nice. If you need a car go to Joseph Airport Toyota and ask for Marcus Johnson.

I had a great experience at Joseph Airport Toyota! My salesman Gary was very helpful and showed me several really nice used cars. Ultimately the best choice for me was a new Toyota and Ron in finance gave me great advice on my purchase and made the rest of the deal super easy and quick! I love the warranties they offer and free oil changes for 2 years! Thank you!!

I purchased my current car at Airport Toyota and also get it serviced there. The customer service at this dealership is fantastic from the sales people to the service techs. The waiting area has comfy chairs, a big TV, and free drinks and pop corn. One time I went on a Friday for an oil change and they had a catered lunch for staff and customers. A nice lady came out to offer us food and I had a few hamburgers. Wonderful place to get your car serviced! 1000% better than a franchised shop.
