My husband and I stayed a week in cottage# 5. It wasn't the Marriott but neither was the price. Everyday they would check in to see if you needed anything, which I thought was nice. Curtis is just the best, very helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Lovely spot in Marathon Fl. Sweet, clean, cozy cottages with very accommodating staff. We very much enjoyed our stay at the 1/2 way mark on the Keys in our own little cottage, over 4th of July week. Put our kayaks in the sound just a walk from the cottage, drove to Key West, snorkeled with Captain Pips, fire works on Sombreo beach, ate like royalty due to recommendations from staff. Hope to do it again.. Drove from R.Va.

Very cool little place, stayed in cottage number 4. Tiki bar is great where you can get your first cold beer before go to the store a few minutes down the road.

Will be back for sure.

The room is amazing! The staff is helpful and knowledgable of the areahelping recommend the best spots for eating and such. The cottages are the perfect size. The air conditioner keeps the entire room the perfect temperature. And the outside shower is an awesome addition to getting the full keys experience. We love it!!

Good choice for a holiday weekend w children and pet. Clean rooms and friendly hosts. Sombrero Beach it's just 2mi away. Nice restaurants all around. There's a small kitchen inside w fridge, microwave and stove.

Love this place!!! We have stayed here twice in the east 3 years. Love the atmosphere and the people. You have your own little space. Its not Ceasars Palace but still a great place to stay.

Charged me when I didn't even stay there! Won't refund!!!

I booked this stay many months in advance, but canceled it the same day I booked it, because I found accommodations that better fit my families needs. I was promised a refund, but 14 months later have not been refunded. They told me that they tried at first, but there was a problem with the system, so they gave up refunding me. I've been promised a refund many times, but after 14 months of interest on top of the charge I shouldn't have, I have not received any refund or compensation.

So if you'd like to just throw away money, give these guys a try - they'll gladly TAKE IT FROM YOU! Bonus! You won't even have to pack your bags and stay there!

We stayed in cottage #6. It seemed recently renovated. The check-in was super quick. The unit itself was very clean and had a mini fridge, dishware, TV, microwave, lounge chair, and bathroom. The tiki bar was crowded most of the stay, but there was no noticeable noise. The cottage ac is a window unit, which provided white noise, which was perfect for us. The overall style was "cute". We'd stay here again for a night or two. The only "downside" is it is relatively small Though perfect for two people (without kids).

The cottages looked nice online so booked a stay for Spring Break. Sadly when we arrived at dusk, we were not given one of the cottages but an old and badly maintained small mobile home - Cottage #1. The floors were uneven with many broken tiles. The ceiling looked to be plywood pieces with peeling paint and insulation sticking through. On the outside of the trailer, 2x4's were wedged against the side of the trailer to prop it up. Seriously, we took pictures because it was so unbelievable that they rented this place to us. We checked out the next morning and requested a refund for the remainder of our reservation. So far, no refund so we're disputing the charge with our credit card company.
