Made a late booking on a Saturday. Pam got us a reservation in for that night. Dylan checked us in when we got there. Very personable and friendly. Was so happy we chose to stay here. Perfect place for us to get away for the weekend. Thanks!

We stayed in the Lido Key suite and it was perfect. You get complementary beach chairs (if available) and you can also rent a bicycle for two hours which is also complementary! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Not to mention it’s right around the corner from Siesta Key Village, perfect location!

Beautiful suites. Easy to get them mixed up with luxury apartments instead of luxury hotel. The rooms are spacious and have the beach vibes. Wooden floors and comfortable beds. They have mini fridges, microwaves and the bigger ones have ovens and dishwashers and dishes for you. I've never seen such luxury. Right on siesta key. You can smell the breakfast from another broken egg cafe. I'm in love with this hotel.

I loved it here. The pool(s) were great, the resort is so close to everything! Great food and the beach lives up to it's high standards!

My husband and I stayed at Tropical Breeze Resort after hurricane Irma. We lost power in our home and were tired of being hot, without AC. After calling a number of hotels in the area (either full or without power, too), I found Tropical Breezes online, and called them. We were so pleased to hear they had power and availability. We stayed in a lovely room about a block from the beach, with onsite parking. After showering (and using the blow dryer on my hair), we walked to the beach and watched the sunset. It was like a mini vacation - a respite from the aftermath of the storm. As an added bonus, there were ice cubes in the mini freezer for an evening cocktail, and a coffee maker for our morning coffee. Who could ask for more? We reserved for two more nights, just in case, but when we returned home the next day, our power was back on.

The staff at Tropical Breezes were outstanding. When we have out-of-town visitors and our guest room is full, we will direct them to Tropical Breezes Resort. It is so well-located, between the beach and the village, a car isn't even needed. The staff are gracious and the accommodations inviting.

Staying at Siesta Key -Tropical Breeze Resort was the best and most relaxing part of our trip to Florida!! We are a family of 8 that originally reserved two of the one bedroom units. We got lucky and were upgraded to the 5 bedroom house due to construction. It was nice for all of us to be able to stay in the same house. There was a pool right behind the house. Everything was within walking distancelots of shops, restaurants and a grocery store. The house was about a two minute walk to the beach. Staff at the resort were super nice. The house was clean and had everything we need for our stay. My mom had a one and two bedroom unit for her group.. Both of those units were really nice as well and right next to a pool.
We would recommend Siesta Key-Tropical Breeze Resort to everyone!!

Love the cottages, very clean & updated. Great place to stay buy the beach. Would stay again. Only one thing that bothered me, the pools were covered with black mold. Was not told. My complaint did no good for the 3 nights I stayed their. But I loved the area, grounds were kept up very nice. As I said I would stay their again.

We had the best time at this wonderful resort. Such a friendly, quaint atmosphere just steps from the beautiful Siesta beach and village. We stayed with our 3 children under six and the staff ensured we had everything we needed in our 2 bedroom suite. The newly renovated and modern coastal theme was so relaxing and the facility was immaculate. Our kids loved the pool and the proximity to all the great restaurants and ice cream stores. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a unique experience whilst visiting Siesta Key.

I love this place! Comfortable and clean! Rooms are equipped with all your needs and a few extras. The property is lovely and there is so much to do that's included with your stay. All the rooms are decorated uniquely so it promises to be a unique stay each time you visit. Highly recommend this place with or without children. Great place!!!

Location was STELLAR! Less than 2 minutes walk to the amazing Siesta Key Beach or to Siesta Village. Check in was a breeze and the lemon oasis was quite cozy. The only thing that makes me dink 1 star, and really it should be 2 stars because it's kind of gross.the bed sheets and pillows were covered in all sorts of hairs. Long ones, short ones, black, etc We were so exhausted after a long beach day to even mess with it but that's kind of nasty. I know you can't get them all, but when I say covered, I really mean it. I didn't go looking for trouble, but you really can't miss it. That said, everything else was so great it still gets 4 stars. I'd stay here again but I would check the sheets first before heading out to hopefully get things right before we bed down for the night.

Loved this resort! The rooms were very clean, staff was friendly, and accommodating! You are in walking distance to bars, restaurants, and the beach! They provided us with beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella. One night we stayed at the resort and
used the Grill located by the pool. This was a true vacation and we will definitely return!

Having stayed on two previous occasions when it was "Sunsets on the Key" we know it is a great location. Tropical Breeze is very well managed and all the staff extremely helpful. Our unit No. 103 was clean, well equipped, modern and comfortable. Our only issue was that the bed was slightly too big for the bedroom which made it impractical to have side tables on both sides. We actually had to pull the bed away from the wall to enable easier access from the right hand side. We highly recommend Tropical Breeze Resort.
