I've been here two hours and I have only had my vitals taken. This is in an emergency room?

I wouldn't even give them one star I think they just bs for hours then make something up and send you on your way because several people and myself have went to another hospital and got treated and get. Different out comes and much better treat ment and taken care of

Worst hospital I've been to. Dr. Quamme was completely disrespectful and arragont in every way. Was insulting to the pt I had driven in and offered absolutely no help and even criticized the pt for coming in. After hours of sitting in multiple areas just to be seen we now have to go to another hospital to actually seek some medical help. Massive waste of time and money.

Took my 2 year old son to ER to get stitches for a cut in his thumb. ER nurses and radiology tech were amazing but the dr was a complete jerk. He walked into the room, looked at my husband and said "who are you?" No greeting, no hand shake Just rude. Then he proceeded to numb my son's thumb and then immediately started stitches. I asked if he would be numb already and the dr said "oh yeah he's good". My son had calmed down and then when he attempted the 2nd stitch my son screamed bloody murder. No way he was numb. Dr didn't bother to stop or offer to renumb or even bother to wait long enough for it to get numb! Then proceeds to say "he has a set of lungs doesn't he?" Yeah Probably because he's 2 and you just stuck a needle into his thumb! He was also rude to the nursing staff the entire time.

This place is a joke. I don't know how they're still in business. hardly anyone goes there because they're morons, They told my daughter she was fine and prescribed her tylenol. I took her to Akron Children's Hospital they said she had the whooping cough and if I didn't get her in time she would have died. Don't waste your time. Go to union hospital 15 min north.

I was at the ER on Saturday. The doctor - older white man who thinks he's super funny - prescribed medication for me that cannot be taken when you have a seizure disorder. Despite the fact I told both him and the nurse that I have a seizure disorder, and trusted that I wouldn't be given medication that cannot be taken with a seizure disorder, I was still prescribed a medication that almost killed me.
