  Staff is polite but never around. It is very hard to find someone to answer questions or assist. They say they’ll be back with an answer and never come back. They seem very understaffed and very slow.

  They do not help with lympedima. They don't help with getting the compression stockings she needs!!!!!

  I am a physician from northern Ohio, and I took my friend to visit his brother today in the ICU of East Ohio Regional Hospital. I spoke with the nurse and the doctors at my friend's request so I could help him assess the situation. The nurse, Judy, took time with us and was informative and compassionate. I spoke at length with the Hospitalist, Dr. Greco and the Pulmonologist, Dr. Blatt. Both were concerned, informative, and obviously very competent. My friend's brother is critically ill but is being managed meticulously, and I am confident that everything possible is being done. I was allowed to examine his labs and imaging studies, and as an informed observer I can say that I am very comfortable with the patient's management in this difficult situation. I am impressed with this hospital and with the nurse and doctors I spoke to.

  Absolutely the worst experience First off, if I wouldn't have came to OVMC, I wouldn't be alive. Those incompetent individuals sent me home with blood clots in my lungs. They didn't care to give me another chest x ray because I had one a month priorI told them I was in so much pain I couldn't handle it.they wouldn't even give me an ibuprofen.I will NEVER go to East Ohio Regionals ER again, or take my daughter there. I should file a lawsuit seeing as how I was told I could have died. I would not recommend taking your loved ones there. Idiot doctors that don't care. They let me lay there in pain and cry with blood clots in BOTH lungsgave me a shot of Toradol and sent me home! If you have an emergencyOVMC or even Med Park is better than this joke of an ER. I didn't even want to give 1 star but I had to to be able to write this review. I really hope the quack that brushed off my pain gets fired and never practices again also hoping he somehow reads this. He is lucky I was in so much pain I didn't think to look at his name tag or he would be on blast right now. they have a horrible reputation as is and they always will I am so thankful for OVMCI wouldn't be alive if I wouldn't have came.

  I would give zero stars for this hospital and its staff for my mother was admitted to this hospital room 323 to be exact well I received a call this morning from my mother stating her wallet was taken out of her purse. It is very sad that we can't trust the ones who are supposed to be there for us in times of need. To the low life who stole my mothers purse you are a disgrace to the nursing profession. .

  My mother gets taken to EORH emergency room, I get there roughly 30 mins after and she's sitting in a corner room alone covered in blood with not a single nurse attending to her nor attempting to clean her wounds at all. Furthermore she was left in severe pain for roughly 3 hours as each nurse (who said they are merely students) neglected to comfort her or even attempt to get her anything to help as she couldn't lay back without severe pain. Look I get it your busy it's an emergency room however 7 nurses shouldn't be sitting around lolly gagging while a patient's family is cleaning wounds and wiping blood of your patient. I'll never go back there for anything in my life I'm sorry but that's just unacceptable.
