Fabulous service, the staff is always friendly and attentive. Marge has an AMAZING healing touch and I could not be more grateful & blessed to have her as my massage therapist and giving me facials (for about a year now)! She's very intuitive and helps me be more educated as well as making helpful recommendations! I wish I could have the services twice a week instead of twice a month! Love this place and HIGHLY recommend it!

I have visited the salon several times. I recommend Marge for her amazing massage work to anyone who is willing to make the drive to this beautiful scenic location and amazing salon. The guest services staff have always made me feel welcome and at home.

My family and I love this place. We have gotten the best massages. And the best tools to learn how to take care of our selfs. And I love the way my hair looks. Marge Marker will help you any way she can. And guide you to what you need. As well as the whole staff will help you. We feel very welcomed in Trillium. The staff is so nice. I would recommend this place to anyone your self or your whole family. We always feel great when We leave this place. Go to Trilliam fro your hair, massages, the best spa treatment ever !!!

Found the salon on Goggle, and decided to make an appointment because I was new to the area and was looking for a new stylist. The appointment process was great and the lady was very nice and was able to get me in that same day. When I walked into the salon I noticed a employee that was disgruntled and was very obvious she didn't want to be there or was having a rough day. I ended up getting her and was very nervous. I told her I only wanted a trim and decided to go on about how damaged my hair was and how I was all wrong with the products I have been using. Even after I told her that I'm trying to grow my hair out, haven't colored in over a year and rarely use heat. I am very low maintenance with my hair. She continued to make me feel extremely insecure about my hair and it made for a very uncomfortable appointment. At the end when she was done she said "your hair looks a little better now." Again not making me feel very confident as I walked out that door.
Cute salon, but I will not be returning based on this experience.response / report this review -

I have been here several times for haircuts and had great results. They go the extra mile and offer free hand and arm massages after washing my hair. It's a nice treat and a stark contrast to other salons that try to charge me extra for even the basics.
I recently got my first full body massage here. I've had almost daily neck and shoulder pain for years and the masseuse said I have a vertebrae out of alignment. I had no pain for at least two weeks after my massage.response / report this review -

If I could afford a massage every day, I would be at Trillium! Anyway, twice a month with Marge keeps me feeling fantastic. Better than any prescription drug! Plus you have great hair and nail techs, facials, etc. You won't be disappointed.

Very dissatisfied with the scheduling. I called for a nail appointment, went 20 miles into town for my appointment when I got there, they wanted to do my hair.. Haha n then the only one person that does nails doesn't work for another two weeks. All I got was sorry have a nice day.
