Very helpful and kind staff. I had my Trek mountain bike fully serviced by the North Naples store. It looked like a brand new bike when I picked it up. Even the tires looked new. My family has purchased from three different stores in Collier and Lee county. Each bike purchase was a pleasure with no pressure. You might have to drive to a different store for your particular bike but it is well worth it. If one store does not have what you are looking for or your size they look it up and send you to the store that does. In my experience when I have done this the bike was waiting for me to test out upon my arrival. We have many bike shops in Naples, most are very good. I would start with the Trek stores first, you will be satisfied.

Post purchase service poor. Had multiple issues with 1k bicycle. Now suspension problems and waiting for parts for 2 mo. Zero communication from store without having to call. Been told multiple times I would get a call back and never anything.

I went there recently to buy mountain bike gear. Although they didn't have a huge selection of gear, the young man (DerekI I believe) took his time to answer all my questions. I tried some things on. The store was neat and clean. Everyone was polite. I was very pleased with my experience.
I could deduct a star or two due to the lack of inventory, but I think it's unrealistic to expect a store in S FL to stock much mountain bike stuff. It's flat as can be around here :).
