  Chris and his entire team are incredible! It is hard to find excellent customer service in any industry, and this is exactly what Trek Bicycle Store Greensboro exemplifies. Due to the current demand for bikes and low inventory, I made the drive from Columbia, SC to pick up my bike. These guys know what they are doing, the shop is clean, and they are expanding into a larger location soon! If you are looking for anything bicycle related, look no further. Chris and his team will set you up!

  Chris, Steve and all the staff at Trek of Greensboro are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the sport and the products. They made these first mountain bike purchases for my wife and I actually enjoyable and not to mention they are the only shop within 100 miles that had the full Trek Marlin line up for us to pick from with more than the purple color (I went with the orange marlin 5 and my wife went with the dark aquatic marlin 5, awesome colors and we got to choose on this while in store, despite having ordered purple and dark aquatic). Steve and the crew took the time to install the Kuat Transfer 2 on our vehicle and it did great hauling the bikes. well done guys. we will be back and highly recommend this shop to others! A+ Knowledgeable, Passionate, Stocked, Friendly and Fair

  The bicycle staff at Greensboro TREK is serviced professionally
  and customer treatment is met with dignity. Have two vintage TREKs in our household that are used daily resulting in eventual fix needs.
  The most recent outstanding contribution was by a Repair Technician named Stamp. When I asked for a second opinion on some performance repair work and diagnosis, Stamp examined the bike and called right back. He described in the most clear manner the simplicity of a new part needed. Since it was a return repair, the labor charge was defrayed.
  Sincerely appreciate Trek Bicycle Store Greensboro.

  I have been purchasing bikes from the Trek Greensboro Store since they opened. The customer service has always been excellent and the staff is very knowledgeable. Now I buy my son's bike from there and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I know my son is getting a good quality bike and the trade up program for kids bikes is a great incentive to purchase bikes as your child grows. I am happy to continue to support this store.

  Absolutely wonderful so very helpful even showed me how to hook up my bike on my bicycle mount on car!!! Prices are Great too.

  Over priced services and the staff lack experience! You can find better deals on Trek bikes at smaller shops like Bicycle, Toy & Hobby in High Point. You also get over 20 years of experience there and they don't nickle and dime you on servicing your bike. For Example I took my bike to Trek and they wanted to charge me over 150$ for a complete service when my bike didn't even need it. Brought it to High Point and paid 40$ for what my bike needed serviced. Support your privately owned local bike shops!!!

  They do great repair work here. They had awesome deals on new and used bikes in the shop as well. Thats not all, mobile repair is available too. The staff were very cool and accommodating.
