This place is awesome. I had the float therapy twice and booked my third today. Great experience that I have benefit from with having MS. My body is so relaxed after. Today I had a deep tissue massage booked with Angela, Amazing ! Booked my third appointment with her too. Working full time, being a wife, and a mom to a 3 year old, this is something I need to splurge on! Thank you for the great service. Also the front desk had the best customer service and professionalism. She was very sweet and helpful. I didn’t catch her name but I was there today, sat 11/6/21 in the morning. Thanks !

Richard at Utopia is the only person under the Sun who has been able to provide me with a satisfactory cut! He has a lifetime client in me! I have extremely thick hair and many stylists at endless salons over the years have failed to provide me with a cut that removes noticeable thickness from my hair. Richard delivers every time! It’s very important to have my hair thinned substantially during a cut because the thickness of my hair becomes unmanageable. I’m always astonished when I leave the salon and my hair is significantly thinner because it is just not something any other stylist has ever been able to do. Even my husband is surprised each time! Richard is always so pleasant to chat with, courteous, professional, and works very quickly considering the amount of hair he has to work through! The salon is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. I always enjoy my visits!

Cindy is your go-to for curly hair cuts and styles! This was my first visit with her, but she was amazing! She might be the best stylist I’ve ever been to. She talked with me, made sure there was a clear understanding about what I want and what would look best. She took the time. I’ll say it again, she took the time. I appreciate that so much. She is well educated and experienced on what you uniquely need for your hair type, she explained what she was doing, recommended potential products, and educated me on how to properly style my hair with a diffuser to enhance and define my curls. She was very genuinely kind, and helpful. Thank you so much for an excellent experience. I love my new hair!

Becky is amazing! Very attentive and accommodating. She radiates kindness and her smile is genuine, as it could be seen through her mask. I felt very comfortable and have already set another appointment to see Becky again! Oh, also, my hair is amazing! She really has an eye for what works best for us curly girls. Thank you so much!

"Day Spa" provided stellar service. She is extremely knowledgeable and a master of her craft. She answered all of my questions and ensured I had an excellent treatment. My face is glowing. I will definitely be booking with her again in the future.

Love them! Best place to go for anything and everything. I love their shellac manicures (it lasts way longer than regular gel), massages, facials, & more. And can't forget about my amazing hairdresser/color expert Cindy! They offer excellent customer service & the ultimate relaxing spa day!

I had a 2 hour Swedish massage with Olivia today and she was phenomenal, as always. She has never ceased to amaze me every time I get a chance to get a massage done by her. I will always come back to her. She is so caring, knowledgeable and talented. Thanks Olivia!

I am not one to write reviews but I figured, because this series still hasn’t ended, that I needed to say something. I got a hot stone pedicure done about 10 days ago. The massage and normal pedicure was to be expected, but the hot stones (the whole purpose of the pedicure) were cold. The associate went to go warm them up but by the time she put them on my leg they were cold again. Overall the service was okay. Fast forward to today, I am now missing polish. No it didn’t chip, the polish came off of my whole toe nail. Mind you, I did get a gel pedicure so they charged me extra. DEFINITELY not worth $80. I faithfully get gel pedicures, go two months in between pedicures and have absolutely no problems. Definitely will not be returning.

Best 90 minute Swedish massage ever, by Olivia. Olivia is an excellent massage therapist! I have enjoyed her techniques several times, and will continue to do so. Very relaxing!

Yesterday was my first visit to Utopia salon. I went in with my long curly hair a matted mess. It needed some major help. When I went into the salon I was immediately greeted by the front desk. I was offered beverages and snacks. Everyone in the salon that passed me smiled and was very friendly. The salon is also nicely decorated and a high end but still accessible feel to it.
For my hair cut I was matched with Cindy. She was already working on a client but was able to fit me in. She was extremely nice and when she was look at my poor, matted hair she was not judgemental although I was embarrassed. I showed her the look I wanted and she was able to explain that she could do something close but not exact due to my hair texture. She offered me a similar cut that worked better with my natural hair type that would be easier for me to maintain. She was extremely pleasant the entire cut she did not force small talk but was still engaging. As she cut and styled my hair she showed me easy ways I can do it at home and showed me how it would look if I just wanted to wash it, throw in some product and go. Which I really appreciate. When the cut and style was over it was shocking for me. My hair so short but I loved it. She did tell me she wanted me to get use to the big change for a few days and if I wanted a little bit more cut off in the next week or so to call and she would be happy to do it. No hair stylist has ever done that! Before I left I talked to her about the hair color I would like to have and made an appointment to see her within the next month.
It was a great experience and I'm so happy I chose utopia. And I'm so glad I was matched with Cindy!response / report this review -

Highly pleasing atmosphere beautifully decorated. ..I only get waxing done here but it's the best Brazilian in Cumberland County. .Renee Bowman is the queen of waxing. She really makes it a pleasing atmosphere and fun that's awesome considering your getting all your pubic hair ripped out by the roots. I have had my hair done for my wedding here that was awesome too..but it's pricey here so if your on a budget be careful. I still love it here

What a wonderful spa!! I had a great massage followed by a facial.The technicians are knowledgeable and professional as well as kind. Everyone that I interacted with was charming and helpful. I highly recommend Utopia!
