Great store! Exceptional customer service! Brendon was super friendly. He patiently helped me I try out different models over several visits to the store, including some which he took the pains to fetch from the other store over in Oro Valley. In the end, I was very pleased to make an educated choice. Here's the best part of my experience with the store though. The bike I chose was not in stock and we had to preorder. It turned out that a color other than the color that I wanted was becoming available way sooner. So, I decided to switch my choice of color just to have the bike delivered earlier even though I really liked the other color. The bike arrives, Brendon calls me up that the bike is ready for pick up, I go to the store, and BAM, I find there the color I had originally ordered!! Lucky me, apparently somehow one piece in that color became available. But still I salute Brendon for remembering how much I really liked that color and to have quickly grabbed that piece as soon as he came to know of its unexpected availability at the warehouse. I can't think of better customer service and satisfaction that this. Really happy I bought my bike here.
Dee and all the rest of the crew are the best, that is why we keep coming back with them, 4th Trek bicycle we get there.
I highly recommend this Trek store.
I brought them a couple of 700c x 23 tires (Vittoria Rubino Pro Endurance G+) to mount on a set of trek matrix wheels that were extremely difficult (I spent hours).
One of the gentlemen there, Dee, politely wrangled the stubborn tires on the wheels in about 1.5 minutes each. My friend and I were astounded how professional he was and how fast he got them mounted.
He even charged me a lower price than quoted on the phone (found out it was due to me removing the tires and testing the tubes before installation.)
Top it all off with a complimentary presta valve cover (that I happened to be missing from one of the tubes), and you have a winning experience from certainly one of the best bike shops around.
Trek has some of the best customer service around; Dee, at this Fort Lowell location, did not disappoint.
Awesome, flawless experience.
Thanks!
Very helpful staff, tube i bought started leaking and they replaced it for free. Pretty sure it was my fault it was leaking (thorns in tire i found later) but they still replaced it.
This is a very bike shop. Things have really changed recently. Previously I had purchased 3 bikes there and was always been treated well. The store manager Ron was especially helpful. He is now gone, and the staff are not riders. They know not what they sell. They are rude and unhelpful. Go elsewhere. Trust me.

EVERY single time I walk through the Broadway Bicycles doors, I am treated like a a bike thief or an armed robber straight outa Breaking Bad. I swear, them people act like you are the worst thing since moldy bread.
So I found the Trek Store also has Treks but up the wazoo (unlike BB) and outstanding customer service. I am a veteran rider, so I'll take my time and really spend some bucks at the Trek Store, BB finally taught me how to be more discriminating about who I give my HARD-EARNED (not stolen) money too!
I cant sing their praises enough El Trek Store: we don't need no stinkin' "Broadway Bicycles" , LOL. Ditto on the OUT FRIGGING STANDING! 5 stars all the way!
Thanks TREK employees!
No mas broadway bikes paranoids.

In Tucson mountain biking and escaping the Canadian winter. Took my bike into get fixed at Trek Tucson -- 1x derailleur was playing up. Dee in the shop got on it right away and was quick to assess and fix it. He replaced the cable. Could not have asked for better service. Great mechanic's instincts. Quality work. He is a real asset to the store!
I have never had a bad experience here. My go to by bike shop in Tucson. I highly recommend.
EVERY single time I walk through the doors, I am treated like a million dollar guest. I swear, these people act like you are the best thing since sliced bread and it is AWESOME. Outstanding customer service. I am a beginner rider, so they took their time and really kind of taught me how to use my bike, repairs, change tubes, the works!
I cant sing their praises enough. OUT FRIGGING STANDING! 5 stars all the way!
Also they don't try to up sell you. They put you in the bike that you need and all that did was give me room to buy all the accessories that I needed. If you are unsure, just walk in the doors, you will leave happy I promise.

Thanks TREK employees!
