What can I say about a forty-dollar-room? A lot actually. But let me say this first, arrive during daylight hours because the manager/owner refuses to put ample lighting on the sign to the entrance, and unless you know where it is, you AINT GONNA SEE IT!

So much so is it hard to find, I spent the previous night in a different motel the night before, which is just across the street, and I never noticed the Travel Inn. And since it was quite late, and I was on the phone with Vicky, she was nice enough to talk me in. I was flabbergasted at the location and even more so by a business that does not shine a bright light on their sign.

By the way if you go on line and pre-book your room, it is $36.00 for a single, nonsmoker's room. And guess what, that includes all taxes.

Okay the room itself, great value for your buck! The room was clean and maintained a medium sized microwave, and a decent sized refrigerator. I stayed four nights here, and had the same room three nights my first visit. There never was an issue of noise, not even from the parking lot. You can drive right up to your door for loading and unloading which is convenient for me since I have to make several trips using my walker.

All the staff that I encountered, especially Vicky, were friendly and helpful.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, "Mrs. Gorbachev. light up your sign!!!"

Very clean and affordable. I would recommend this motel to anyone traveling through toledo, or even someone local just to get away for a night. If you need anything during your stay, the front desk staff are very knowledgeable and accommodating. Always have a great time!! 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Good place to stay if your in area for contractual work. $200 a week for a workers extended stay isn't bad. This isn't a high end motel, it's for people coming to area for work. No bed bugs, clean and quite. You gave to go around about way to get there, but that was the new interstates fault. Pull it up on GPS and it will get you there. The problem with housekeeping was addressed by management, a new staff is in place and doing a good job. Maintenance is good and quick to respond. Management is good and won't tolerate any problems or illegal activities. If you try and play a stupid game there, you will win a stupid prize. The police really enjoy removing people that cause problems. Also the indoor swimming pool is now open.

The staff was friendly to me. The woman at the desk informed me that I was being moved upgraded from the room I reserved because the heater/ AC unit wasn't functioning properly, which I appreciated. WiFi was reliable. The room was clean, and the refrigerator worked. Bathroom was clean. There was some grunginess in one upper corner of the shower, but overall an excellent value.

My son and husband have stayed here about 10 times in the last month and this past weekend they stayed 2 nights well housekeeping didn't do their job in fact they actually went through belongings and stole $30 and when my husband went to the front desk to say something. The lady smirked and said oh well. I have called 3 times to talked to Management and of course they are never there and have not returned my call. I have contacted the BBB and made a complaint, and will be filing a police report.

Stayed here for a few weeks in between moves. It is very nice for the price, management is very friendly, fire pit for the community to use, and pets allowed. Maintenance worker is very friendly, became friends with him at a fire. Rooms are very clean and housekeeping comes daily. Very nice place all round.
