The University of Toledo Department of Cancer Biology had their holiday party in one of the ballrooms. The staff was attentive and kept the ballroom clean. The food was great and the drinks were good as well. Overall it was an enjoyable time. Additionally, the hotel in general is rather nice as well.

The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, no bugs or hairs from previous guests. The beds were comfortable, linens and towels all clean. Decent room for the price. My only complaints are that everything out in the hallway can be heard loud and clear in the room, this was irritating when a few very noisy groups came back to their rooms at 3:30 AM, but it was also a Saturday night and we were still awake so it could have been worse. Our room also had a door connecting to the room next to us, I'm not a fan of this because I do not want to be rude and disturb other guests since we tend to stay up very late. Over all I was happy with the hotel and would stay there again if ever in the area.

The hotel and staff are amazing. Not thrilled with 31 Hundred restaurant but the hotel is beautiful, staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Definitely will be coming back again!!

Staff was very friendly and the room were nice and clean. One of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on. If I ever go back to Toledo I will stay here again.

Very comfortable room. I enjoyed my stay the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The location has ample parking. It can be a little hard to find in the dark but it was probably just my gps. If you are attending something at UT then it would be perfect. I also ate at the restaurant and the food was excellent as well as the service.

The atmosphere was great. Love the feeling of luxury for an affordable price. The staff was so friendly and helpfuleven offered late check out with the already generous non checkout. The pool and hot tub was very nice after a long drive. The pool is larger then most hotel pools. We used the exercise room which was pleasantly cooled! Utilized their private work room and sitting areas too. Near 3 Catholic church's too! Definately a great stay for 10 min. Off the I-80.

Everything went smooth and the place was wonderful. our check in attendant was fabulous, friendly, and personable. The conference room was good for what we needed. Lunch at the 31Hundred was so delicious and the chef came to check on us. The kids loved the pool!! My only negatives are at reservation and at check in I was not informed of an "occupancy tax" and fans in the bathroom would have put this place over the top.

The room was clean. The staff friendly. The location of the hotel was close to the zoo, art museum, and imagination station. The food was excellent at the in house resteraunt and bar. I guess the only con is a wiggly faucet in the bathroom and a dripping tub. Definitely would return to this hotel.

I attended a work event and the accommodations were perfect. They had someone directing guests because of dual events which made finding the room very easy. Starbucks coffee made it even more special!

Its beautiful and spacious inside. Great accommodations for the family such as the warm clean pool and hot tub area along with workout room. Staff is friendly and very helpful. My hubby and i will definitely be back in the future! Great recommendation!

First thing off the bat our keys did not work. Once we got keys took care of we walked in room and wanted to turn around and walk back out. Rooms were old and dated. Definitely not 4 star and surely not what I expected with the price we payed. It was 10 degrees outside and our heat/ac unit was missing all the switches and buttons. Could not even turn it on. Then we went to the pool. Again I wanted to turn around and leave. The pool area looked like a tornado hit. Dirty wet towels everywhere and an empty towel rack with no clean towels. If we would have been booked for more than 1 night I would had left and found somewhere else to go. So really I would have chalked this up to a bad night, short staffed whatever. Except for the fact that 3 different rooms surrounding us were all partying. So I'm OK with that as long as they wrap it up at a reasonable hour. They did not. We called the front desk 3 times, once at midnight then 1 am then 2 am. The front desk did nothing to address the problem. They actually told me to be understanding! I had 3 children 10 yo 8 yo and 6yo that had the state wrestling tournament at 7 am they had to participate in. The partiers kept them up until 2am and I was told to have some understanding. I had enough and called the police who then came to shut it all down. When the police busted up the parties I thought the front desk would have checked on us but no. Never did they follow up. The epitome of bad customer service. Never again will I stay here or any other Radisson chain hotel.

The location was near the hospital and the campus. The room had two beds. The water smelled a little like chlorine in the room but didn't taste like it. We had the whole pool to ourselves during the early morning hours, which was an amazing experience with our kids. The service was excellent. Everybody seemed friendly, and it was a quiet atmosphere.
