This place was incredible! I went with my best friend for a weekend getaway. The only room that was available when we booked (about 3-4 weeks in advance) was the fanciest one, so we splurged. It was a two story room with a heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, plus a giant shower and bed with a fireplace. Such a relaxing incredible weekend. Perfect also to go to with that special someone!

I really liked the way the rooms looked, they were very nicely decorated. The size was nice. The shower and the jacuzzi tub were great. The bed was REALLY comfortable and the comforter was nice and warm. The fire place was too. The pillows at Belamere are my favorite, they were fluffy, but not hard or too fluffy. The service was really great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. But it was raining during almost our whole 2 night stay, so the Direct TV was not working at all, (up until we were packing to leave) on any channel we tried, that was really frustrating. The remote wasn't working with the DVD player at all, I didn't like that one bit either. The DVD player actually stopped working all together at one point. It wouldn't even turn off when we pressed the power button. But when the Direct TV wouldn't work, I called the front desk, and the women was very nice and helpful. She even offered to come down to the room to look at it and see if she could get it to work.
The hotel was pretty hard to find. We got turned around. We didn't think that it would be down the road it ended up being on, even though we went there knowing that it wouldn't quite look right. But it's really secluded, which I liked. It's really not that far from restaurants and shopping, but there's not a lot of hustle and bustle on that street. Only 18 wheeler businesses.
For the price, I was very happy with what we got. Both mornings the breakfast didn't take long after I made the order, the muffins were fresh and warm. There were two danishes, one cherry, one apple. The next morning they were raspberry and lemon. Both danishes were warm both mornings. And the orange juice was cold. We also had a choice of coffee, hot tea, or hot chocolate, we ordered hot chocolate and it was good too. We plan on staying again soon.

Amazing! The place is perfect for a romantic getaway and to forget all your troubles! We had the grand royal suite and it was totally worth the price. The pool was a cozy 90 degrees and the jacuzzi was amazing! The shower was huge with plenty of room and I could not have been more happy with it. Oh and the staff here treat you like family! I will definitely be coming back here!

Great place!!! Extremely clean and private. The staff is so friendly. The one woman at front desk, Kelby, was especially sweet. If you can afford it and are hoping for some isolated and undisturbed time with your loved one, I definitely recommend it!!!

Our stay at the Belamere Suites was great! We stayed for our Anniversary and it was better than expected. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We actually had a little treat that we weren't aware of, a lake that we could sit by. It was so romantic. The room was spacious, clean, and private. The only things I would change are having an in-room microwave and having a TV in the pool area. Other than that, it was perfect. Can't wait to go again!

Went for 5 year anniversary. Location was tucked back behind commercial buildings which was peaceful and felt secluded. Room was open and beautiful. Large open double shower with stone floor makes me want to build one in my own house. Jacuzzi was huge and so relaxing with the fireplace and mood lighting. Not sure the name of the front desk girl was but she was awesome and personable. Felt very welcomed and had a great night relaxing.

Lots of questions come into mind about this hotel. What does this place offer that a hotel doesn't? Nothing. Was the room clean, Yes but so are most hotels. Was the room nice, Yes but you can get a nice hotel for a fraction of the price. Was the staff friendly, yes but so are most hotels. They provided the same service as any hotel. The only thing that this place offered more was the room was huge. The bed was broke and no microwave in the room or ice machine available for use. They provided them but you had to call for it and then wait 15 minutes for them. I'm sorry but for $400.00 a night I could of stayed at a full cabin in the woods In Hocking Hills with the same amenities at Belamere for $150.00 a night. Actually the cabin was better because they had a full kitchen and a real hot tub and not a bath tub. I hope this helps others in deciding to go there in the future.

My wife and I had a wonderful romantic night at the Belamere suites. Booking, check in and check out were all simple and quick. The staff were very friendly, but the room is what will keep you coming back. We had a Jacuzzi suite. The hot tub was incredible, and there was a gorgeous walk in shower. The room was spotless, and the bed was supper comfortable. Finally it was all rounded off with a nice breakfast basket delivered in the morning with fresh, warm muffins. I would greatly recommend this place to any couple looking four a nice quite night together.

Love, love, love it there! Staff is warm and friendly & rooms are very romantic, private, and spacious. You hear no noise from neighbors. My boyfriend and I have been there yearly. We go every year for our anniversary. Although we live in Ohio it's honestly like getting away to a romantic island all to ourselves!!

The suites are located in an industrial parkway off the freeway. We went for a couples getaway to celebrate a birthday. We had no disappointments. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Rooms include private pools, hot tubs and a shower for two.

I reserved a room at the Belamere Suites for my girlfriend's birthday, and it was a great decision. The staff was awesome. We showed up a little before check-in, but they let us go to our room early. The room itself was amazing. I reserved one of the jacuzzi suites for our first stay, but there were other options that included an in-room pool and other amenities. The staff was available around the clock, and even picked up and microwaved and brought back some leftovers at 1 in the morning. The biggest draw, though, is that it's couples only no kids allowed! It's a little pricey, but the peace and privacy, and the personal care of the staff, definitely makes it worth it. We will definitively be going back.

Trip Advisor has this ranked at #1 most romantic hotel in the US for a reason. The grounds are unassuming from the outside as the hotel itself is located in a more industrial part of Perrysburg, but the welcome desk and rooms are classy. Check in was a breeze and the welcome clerk was helpful and friendly. My wife and I brought take out but forgot plates and silverware. We called the front desk and they delivered everything to us in 5 minutes! Their hospitality is excellent! The rooms. You get your own private pool, jacuzzi, sauna and fireplace. What was the last hotel that offered you one of those amenities let alone all of them? We loved it and will be back!
