Love the venue, unimpressed by security. They want to separate men and women for security check right beyond main door, but there was no one outside directing everybody and no sign, so that was just unorganized. Also, they continue to serve drinks right up until the end of the show, yet security tries to rush you out immediately. I suggest they stop serving an hour before the end time so people have a chance to finish what they pay for without being harassed by security.

My brother got married here. Everyone had a great time and loved the venue. The staff was extremely nice and very attentive. The food was excellent. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a unique place to get married. It's also a cool venue for concerts

Good place for a concert. Always have a great time. Does get pretty packed and hard to get to one end to another, but that's to be expected at a sold out show. Would definitely attend another show here in the future. The bar is also a little expensive, but the other food and non alcoholic drinks seemed reasonable priced.

Saw the Flaming Lips here. The Lips are quite the production and I was impressed that the Rapids was able to accomodate a band like this (plus two openers). I love old concert halls, especially when they are well preserved and taken care of and the Rapids did not disappoint. They had two bars and despite a packed house you hardly had to wait to be served, which is rare at most concert venues. Hope to shows there.

Very quick response to my email.
Nice venue for concerts, all well organized.
Plenty of free parking on the streets.
If you want to eat before concert: there's a Burger King down the road. If you want something else, do your homework up front as it seems hard to find something that is not Indian or Pakistani buffet if you are just driving around.

Place is beautiful, great sound and staff. However, 4 stars come because this is the second time we've been there where they've run out of tolietpaper. Also be prepared to pay a lot of money for food and drinks, I understand it's a concert but 4 dollars for bottled water is a little steep. Overall though it was a good experience.

This is a great concert venue. Huge bar right in the middle with service on all sides. Balcony upstairs has tables and chairs and another bar. Great acoustics as well. Will definitely come here again

Saw Gojira here, great sound. Large enough hall. Elevated sections on both side walls, small sitting area and handicap section, 2nd floor balcony as well. Nice bar area, washrooms and staff as well. Very easy to cross the river, drive about 10 minutes to get to the hall and plentiful easy parking round the theatre. Easy in and easy out. Hopefully they get another great act, as I will be back.

One gripe is the white lights when standing on the elevated section, turning left from entrance, them lights hurt my eyes good.

Went to see USS there with my 6 year old son. Had VIP access, had an Amazing time. The Venue is a little older, but you aren't there to see the building. Great sound, great atmosphere. Will definately be back

A great venue! Acoustics were great and the staff was friendly. A lot of moshing went on and I got knocked over a few times when I wasn't a part of it but that's alright, it was a rock concert. I'd definitely make the drive back here!
