Absolutely Ridiculous service system.. had to stand on line for over an hour to find out that they were out of what I needed Management here's a hint.. most of your customers knows what they need & don't need to waite for someone to hand it to us.. if it's out we can pick it up as we already do with every other clothing store..

Excellent customer service, fast and easy they told me what I needed and sized my child. The stockings were highly OVER PRICED ($8.25 and $10 smh) but the Manager and staff were well mannered and courteous and for this they get 5 stars from me.

Sometimes a long line but efficient customer service. I love to see young people working and learning customer service skills early. Also, refreshing to NOT see them on their phones & disengaged. They just have to work a little more on being more friendly and enthusiastic about their job. Otherwise, still satisfied to come here. Thanks Kristina for all your help today!! #GoKristina!

The uniforms are expensive but great quality. They hold up to normal wear and tear. The service here was good. A bit of waiting around (especially when I was being checked out) but staff is cordial and helpful.

I had a horrible experience 8/9/17 @ 6:21 PM
I am assuming the person who was helping me was having a bad day.
He was the worst! It was clear he had some kinda issue with me. Or possibly he just dosen't like Brown people.
He was very arrogant, unpleasant , condescending, all that with no customer curtosy.
I had to request to be helped by someone else.
As I was leaving the store he did his best to try to intimadate me.
He displayed very child like behavior.

I went into the store on a Saturday which the staff informed me is one of their busiest days and I had a good experience. The employee I was paired with was very helpful and made my shopping experience very smooth! It was pretty busy but I give those kids credit!!

Very great customer service! Staff handles busy crowds with patience, care and great attitudes. I am very pleased by my experience in this Flynn O'Hara. Their new location on 18th avenue is a beautiful store!!
