  I have gone there for years for my work boots. Now it seams they never have the common sizes in stock. I have gone there 2 separate times and I was told 2 different stories why they didn't have a certain boot. I'll shop elsewhere from now on.

  Very friendly associates. The man that helped me approached me as soon as I walked through the door and uncovered what type of shoe I came in for. he knew a lot about the products you sell and recommended a few different types of boots for me to choose from. Very satisfied with the customer service.

  Great service and selection! I first went to Lockport Outdoor Store on a hunt for women's work boots, which weren't carried by the 2 big box outdoor outfitters in the area, despite the fact that it's 2016 :-P . On subsequent visits, the staff has proven to be knowledgable and approachable. I highly reccomend this business!
