Horrible service, horrible communication. House was listed 2 years ago with Madelaine and has apparently been inactive for over half a year. Her signs are still up at the property because she doesnt even care enough to take them down, but she never bothered to contact me to let me know the listing expired 7 months ago. SELLER BEWARE. If you want someone to be professional and work hard to sell your home she is NOT your realtor. She wouldnt even respond when I asked NUMEROUS TIMES about lowering the price . what a joke!
