New owners that are very personable and attentive.
Good place to eat and enjoy a good variety of beers or drinks. Food is good and I had the fish and chips today that was excellent. Fresh haddock and very large serving.

You might have better food at a McDonald's. Our burgers were so dry and tasteless that I wished we had gone to a fast food place. The wait staff were also working on the kitchen, which is frankly unheard of, even for bad restaurants. Be smart and drive a couple miles farther for real food and service.

Showed up at 6 on a Saturday in ski season. Waited 5 minutes to be seated. Got a table, waited 10 minutes with no sign of a server coming. Tried going to bartender for service but after 5 mins decided to leave. Place was slammed and had 1 waitress working the whole floor. Don't waste your time.
Funny side note : Drunk guys standing by bar started seating people who were waiting for the hostess(who was nowhere to be found). Somewhere Jon Taffer is shaking his head lol

I recently went there with a group of about 30 people for dinner. They put on a special buffet just for us and I only heard comments about how good it was and a great price too. nicely decorated, spacious and great views.

Perfect after a day of skiing at Sunday River, just walk across the parking lot to the former Phoenix. Terrific food (burgers are killer!) and drinks. Great spot for hanging out with friends.
