Paid for an hour of VIP glow bowl. Half an hour of that was an older man drunkenly talking through the speaker system with no music and full houselights and 15 minutes was wasted by 3 maintenance issues that no one even came to fix, we just waited and bowled when it looked like it fixed itself. The staff was extremely rude and did not care. When we asked for them to put music on (which is what you pay for with glow bowl) they said that they couldn't play anything other than the 80s era music (like "lets get physical") and that if we wanted anything else we could download an app and pay.

To summarize: paid for glow bowl. Got 3 Technical glitches/issues and an old guy (from an event we were not told about when we booked) talking thru the speaker complaining that the microphone he was using doesn't work well. Horrible experience.

Very popular bowling alley, so they must be doing something right! Food is quite good and a full bar is available.

Good place to come for a few beers, or pool, or bowling. Service is great and, if you're hungry, they've got good food too. Very relaxed atmosphere. Usually a good crowd of decent folks. Have a beer and relax. Cheers!

What a great place to have fun on a rainy day. Inside bright color pins, computer sign in and score keeper. All you need is bowling shoes and a bowling ball. Go now have fun on a rainy day or join a league today.

I arrived today at 4:55 P.M. I was waiting 15 minutes for service, only for this young guy to tell me that he can not rent a lane to me after 5 because there would be leagues coming in, and they will rent the lanes out again after 9 P.M. I have been bowling since I was a kid, and I am 32 now, and I've never heard of this garbageever! Here I was bringing my 9 year old to bowl today, as a surprise for his birthday, only to be denied service, when there were only 5 lanes occupied. And it was probably for the best, because I have never been to this location before, and after walking in, couldn't help but notice what a dump it was. I happily took my son to the Bowland on Radio Rd., and was still given a lane despite several different leagues being in attendance. I will never set foot in this establishment or dare to give them one cent of my money. Disgusting!

Food is pretty good, pizza is pretty good and reasonable during happy hour specials. Wings are too pricey. Food and beer used to be super reasonable but over the last couple years prices have been raised enough to notice. Draft beers I believe are 12-ounce glasses not a true 16-ounce pint glass. Kids summer pass for bowling is a very good deal and family fun at a reasonable price. Rental lines are annoyingly long most of the time. I do believe it is in part to blame on the computer entry system but they should still have two people available at the desk. And yes most people would feel more comfortable if wipes were available for the finger holes in balls. Staff is usually very nice and helpful.
