We love Kathy our waitress. We will ask for her the next time we go. Her timing and friendliness will be worth the wait. The manager is always very friendly with his table visits. He always welcome us with his beautiful smile and a handshake while making sure we have all that we need. These two are an asset to Bokampers. The food is always spot on. We will be back. ❤️🌮🥗🍔🍗🍤🍺🍷

This is a fun place to hang out. Great indoor/outdoor setup, very friendly staff, and plenty of TVs to watch sports on. The bartenders make a nice cocktail. Decent food. Whoever designed that menu, that thing is a work of art man. I'd go there just to marvel at that graphic design masterpiece alone.

If i could give this restaurant ZERO STARS i would. Dan W. needs some serious sensitivity training. Led by him, his staff is confused, rude, disorganized and unprofessional. I was ready to purchase a $500 gift card this evening until he refused to assist me with my growing frustration fueled by his understaffed establishment. It was 8:30pm on a Friday night Christmas weekend
I waited 10 minutes for someone, ANYONE, to cover the front register, while he literally stood in his plastic tower pretending to not notice a customer standing there with credit card in hand. I was given the runaround by numerous wait staff that clearly are not familiar with the term *Gift Card* once a staff member was located who knew how to operate the register, he sarcastically spit the words, "Merry Christmas" at me as he turned on his heels. As a customer ready to drop some serious money, that attitude, compounded by his lack of people skills, left a disappointing taste in my mouth. Needless to say, I decided to take my business down the street to another business that was more than happy to take my money. I was told by Dan W. to "never come back to Bokampers again." I would give this place five stars because I love sports I love the atmosphere and I got to see some ESPN announcers broadcast live there which I thought was pretty cool however the only reason why I did not give it 5 Stars it's because I think there to be no restaurant in America that charges $5 for a bottle of Miller Lite

Use to like to come here. Now the service is very slow and poor quality food. Complete chaos. This please needs new management and cooks.

Slow service. Manager comes up to ask if we need anything. Told him we need waters. Never seen him again after that. Had to ask waitress which took even longer. Food was good though. Every staff, except receptionists is running around like their busy but only four out of fifteen tables occupied in our section. Other sections not full either. Hate to see them when they have a full house. Not a personal bunch. Didn't feel welcome. Just felt like we needed to eat and leave. Got to say again that food was good though. Good deal on Monday wing night. Hopefully you have a better experience than we did.

Janice is our server tonight for the VIP section for the Maywether fight. Her attentiveness, amazing customer service skills, enthusiasm and smile under pressure have this service industry old timer very impressed and pleased. Felt the need to take time from the fight and my date to let everyone know what a gem she is! Management alert * she is gold! Keep her polished!

Love sports bars. New to Naples area. So, looking for a new-regular hang out. Wife and I decided to get some take out when we were having drinks.
When we arrived home. The food we received wasn't what we ordered. We placed a call notifying them of situation. Staff member didn't believe us. I said I can bring it back and show you. I have my receipt.
Nope. Screw me I guess.
This place is a mile from my new home. Would love to have some place that close that I feel comfortable with. But I do not.
I even gave 3 stars on here. Should be lower.
My wife and I both own our separate businesses.
We wouldn't be in business still, if we , or one of our employees treated our customers like this.
Unfortunate.
Step it up Bokampers. Get your managers and employees in line with customer service. Show us some love.

Visited tonight with my family, coworker and husband! Food was good, Service was terrible! Drink orders took forever. John Taffer would flip. My wife misplaced her phone, business was slow nobody saw her phone! Shame on my wife, for misplacing the phone. I phone find a phone showed the phone at their location. Returned within hour to Bokampers, was told nobody else sat at our table and didn't see a phone. The busboy that cleared the table had left 20 minutes before our return, we asked the manager to call him to inquire about the phone, he said he wouldn't. After spending $200 for dinner and drinks, while appearing to be concerned, management wouldn't call bus boy to inquire about phone. Unless I receive a phone call stating my phone was found, won't be returning!

I want to watch Ronda vs. Nunes today I sit here over an hour. No drink no food nobody is responsible for great experience!
