SAVANNAH STORE Oglethorpe Mall..The ABSOLUTE rudest customer service I have ever received ANYWHERE!!! I was shocked once I saw her badge that she was an Asst. Manager. The manner in which she gave service was like CANT find it oh wellalmost like she enjoyed itIf you want to be treated like you are an aggravation, want to be REPRIMANDED by a sales associate, treated in a rude, condescending, obnoxious fashion, told maybe you don't WANT these shoes, told I CAN"T help you cause I can' find the shoe, not only was I not given good customer service(I would've even been happy with subpar at this point) the countless other customers that walked in and out was given the same HORRIBLE treatment. I finally had ENOUGH and told her how very rude she was. She had a billigerent, snide comment. I asked to speak to her boss and she proceeded to call and go to the back to converse. Brought the phone to me and laughed and snickeredthe most UNPROFESSIONAL experience EVER. I filed a formal complaint and other associates from a different store shared their similar experience that they endured from her..I think TRAFFIC should be aware of this person cause she represents them.HORRIBLE..I felt goaded and baited.I usually look the other way when I receive bad service cause it is common these daysusually young kids but this was different. ODD!!!! really got under my skin!! she should be REPRIMANDED and CERTAINLY demoted!!!wish someone from their corporate office could make an unannounced visit and experience what I did!!
