Staff is nice, and friendly. Free snacks and coffee. Hotel is attractive & upscale, but not extravagant. FYI: You have to park in a public parking garage, and that was a bit confusing. I never saw the fire pit, but I heard it was nice. Room service menu was very limited. Overall pleasant stay, I would book there again.

We stayed at the Andaz Savannah for our anniversary. We were so impressed by the staff, the gorgeous room, and the location. Everything was right outside our door. The Olde Town Trolley even stops right there. We loved the buffet breakfast, with fresh made omelets and great sides. I highly recommend the Andaz, and can't wait to go back

Enjoyed this hotel a lot. Room was decent size and nice. Breakfast buffet was quite simple but very good. Had to ask for a coffee refill. Staff very pleasant. Great location.

This was my first experience with this brand and was very impressed. This is the first hotel I've stayed at in awhile where I didn't have to battle with climate control. I turned the thermostat down to 65 at night and it cooled off, unlike most other brands (Hyatt is the worst so this was surprising). Since this was my first experience with Andaz, I don't know if they'll all have this climate philosophy but I will definitely be investigating. In addition to this huge plus right out of the gate, the bed was divine. I don't think I've ever slept in a hotel bed so comfortable. Seriously, I wanted to take it home! Having said that, the room wasn't perfect. It was very small and there was only a shower in the bath (hate that trend). But the climate control issue and the comfy bed far outweighed the other issues. Highly recommend the Andaz.

We recently stayed at the Andaz Savannah. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was very comfortable, with good pillows! We loved the location too. But the staff was outstanding which made the stay all the better!!

Pros: Very personable, friendly staff. Complimentary snacks and drinks in room, free drink upon check in. Early check in was accommodated. Comfy beds. Large shower.
Cons: rooms needed a little updating, nothing that effected the stay, but for the money they count. Light fixtures in bathrooms need cleaning, fridge needed cleaning. Room was small, but fine for just myself, as I was staying.response / report this review -

Great place to stay. Staff was very courteous. Television didn't work in the bedroom but there was another one to watch in the suite. Room was full of snacks and drinks to enjoy. Would definitely stay there again.

This was our first introduction to an Andaz Hotel (Savannah) and we were truly astounded by the graciousness of every staff member we came into contact with, as well as, the beauty of the hotel itself. My husband was utterly amazed and thrilled at our “lucky find” and stated that this will now be our “go to” hotel, hence forth. We could not have asked for anything more. The rooms were soundproof, beautifully appointed, clean and the bed was heavenly. Your staffs were phenomenal, from our Valet Thaddeus to the Engineer Kevin who fixed our room safe and everyone in between. The check-in was smooth, flawless, and actually painless. Every attendant at the front desk was cheerful and eager to assist! Amazing! We have decided that our future stays will be in one of your suites. Thank you for a memorable stay. One of the absolute best! Kudos to everyone!

Amazing service. Cookies and infused water in the lobby. Free drink at check-in. Very modern vibe. Unbelievably nice concierge. Very knowledgeable about Savannah and the surrounding areas. We had a great two day trip in Savannah. The location of Andaz cannot be beat if you are visiting here.

This place is absolutely outstanding! The location is the best feature as it is right next to city market and reasonably priced public parking. The concierge employees were always incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. The complimentary welcome drinks were such a nice touch as well. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Interesting setup and additional amenities. Struggled with housekeeping and cleanliness throughout my stay. Call service staff response was poor. Front desk staff were pleasant and responsive. Dining limited, but multiple options within walking distance.

The Andaz Savannah was a great experience. The Staff were all excellent and friendly. Everyone was always smiling and welcoming. The room was perfect. The Hotel has a unique flair about it. It was very cool and inviting every time we entered the premises. The location was the best in town. With River Street to the East and City Market to the Northwest, everything was within walking distance. Cheap parking was available in the Whittaker Street Garage, with easy entry and exit on the same block as the hotel. The hotel parking was 28.00 per night but the City Garage was only 7.00 per night after purchasing the parking permit at the visitors center. I left my car in the Garage the whole week for $28.00. (Sun-Friday).

Just got back from a trip to Savannah and my mom and me stayed here for Mother's Day weekend. We had a great hotel experience. Everyone was so nice and always smiling! Great hotel along with great customer service!! Also, the location is perfect. Special shout out to concierge Judith for providing great recommendations and valet Thaddeus for going the extra mile to provide great service!! I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone.
