Room smelled musty and of mildew, rug was damp. Smell upon entering the room was a very disinfectant overpowering oder used to cover the apparent musty damp mildew aroma. Everything in the room including the sheets and pillows felt damp. When getting closer to floor level the smell was even worse. Complained 2x at night and in the a.m. and the mngr claimed he never got the messages. He literally threw his staff under the bus. Horrible stay, no sleep, never again. The worst Holiday inn we've stayed in.

My room was muggy and smelled bad. Something wrong with the AC. Water pressure is lousy. Otherwise fine.

Friendly staff and rooms are clean! I was surprised as I haven't stayed in a Holiday Inn Express before. I left the Marriott Fairfield because rooms were never really cleaned. What a pleasant surprise to find that Holiday Inn Express was far superior. You will enjoy your stay.

I can't say enough about the entire staff at this hotel. Everyone was so pleasant and went out of their way in every way they could. From the first moment with the staff at the desk and quick check-in to smiles every time you went in and out the door to the lady who handled the breakfast and the girls who service the rooms.absolutely fantastic experience. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Great Job to all!! Thank you.

We stayed here when our home burned down. Everyone was so friendly and comforting! They truly went out of there way to see that we were oka housekeeper even bought us snacks and food and drinks and brought them to our room for us to have things for our children..everyone was wonderful

A great location that meets the standards of the brand.

Very friendly and attentive service, and the grounds/lobbies are clean and renovated to the contemporary style sweeping the brand.

The rooms were clean, and fresh.

The renovations seemed to have slowed down in certain areas though, that either look dated or as if the project was just stopped short, with unfinished paint or cosmetic work.

Overall, a very pleasant stay!
