Great local diner. Good country veggies. Serves breakfast for dinner (except Sundays). Super friendly staff. Dinner specials each night. Meat and two veggies for less than $8. Great options for kids, not just hamburgers and chicken nuggets -- they offer shrimp, spaghetti, chicken legs, country fried steak and even a cold cut plate with carrots/cucumbers and ranch. Be sure to get a free basket of hot yeast rolls with honey butter. Yum!!
I came in knowing nothing about this place, just hungry looking for something good. I was greeted by a very welcoming staff and served by one of their best server's, Liz. Excellent attitude and service she made sure we all got what we wanted exactly how we wanted it. The steak was perfectly cooked, the barbeque is superb and the best of everything was their desserts. I will come back just for their desserts if for nothing else and I live close to an hour away! I personally recommend their fudge brownie. Check them out if your in the area! The detour is worth it I promise.
This place is Awesome!!! The waitress, Jess, was totally on top of things. Had all drinks out fast, food was superb and bill was not that bad either. We will definitely be back
We came here for breakfast on Friday and Sunday in a weekend trip. The food is great! Generous portions. My breakfast had so much food that could easily be for two. Check out the general store before you leave for homemade jams, syurp and sauces.
Best ribs around. Better than any steak house for sure. and really good service. Will definitely be back! And ask for Sam as a waitress, she was awesome!
How do I even begin to describe this place? OMG! Everything. Was. Delicious! From the rolls to the homemade onion rings, to the pancakes! WHAT?! We weren't ready for what this restaurant had in store for us when we walked in but we were shockingly pleased with the menu options and service! Sam was wonderful and attentive and EVERYONE was nice and welcoming. I'll definitely be back and brining more friends!
The place was clean. The food was good and quick. Prices were average. The place appeared to be a casual hangout spot for the elderly locals. I ate regular southern breakfast foods there and I would recommend them for breakfast.
Great example of a neighborhood Homestyle restaurant. Pleasant staff, really good, tasty favorites. Had the chicken and dressing - a lot like my grandmother's, okra and green beans. Kiddos enjoyed their choices. Only downside was the water - very strong chlorine taste. We will be back.
I moved to Villa Rica in March and have found no better food than the Trading Post. Everything I've tried has been delicious. Truly home cooking, everything is fresh and a large variety. 1st place I would recommend around.
Had the meat loaf today had a cut out that measured exactly 2"X2" the mashed potatoes portion made the meat loaf look like a joke.
Love the food every time. Great staff. Fast service.
Waitress Ashley C. was super nice and very helpful. Food was INCREDIBLE!! First time, but certainly not the last!!!! Had the 7oz sirloin with green beans and sweet potatoe. Perfect!!!!! Side salad with ranch so delicious and the CORNBREAD was moist and on point!!!! 5 stars for sure!!!!
Family owned and run restaurant serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. They have a variety of food but specialize in old fashioned country cooking.
Great place to take the whole family. Kids menu and daily specials. Also take out, call in or order at counter.
Food is GREAT and very affordable. Closes at 3 on Sunday and all day Monday.
Tonight's special AYCE BBQ for less than $10 was incredible. Leslie was the nicest, most genuinely friendly waitress I've had anywhere in years. I'm glad I saw this place. You have a lifetime customer now. Sure wish you had a restaurant in TN. Awesome food!
