When I developed a roof leak this winter I was dreading the process of interviewing roofers. After talking with a few roofers, I remembered that TR Construction also does roofing. I had hired TR Construction a couple years back for a different project, and I was impressed with the quality of their work. I decided to hire TR based on their reputation for quality work and their willingness to stand behind their projects. Luckily, I got Mike and Ryan on my job, and they were fantastic. Meticulous attention to detail and they entertained all of my questions. They kept me informed every day, and I feel confident that I won't have any roof issues for many years.

I hired TR Construction for a Tile Roof lift and relay on my 28 year old home. The roofing team showed up on the scheduled day and time and performed the work in approximately7 days. They cleaned up after themselves and did an excellent job of accommodating my requests and communicating with me. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them on another home.

Our house project is finally complete and we couldn’t be happier with the work done by TR CONSTRUCTION! We had decided to upgrade our house instead of selling. Our projects included adding 238 sq feet to the existing family room; scraping the popcorn ceilings throughout the house; demo stone fireplace and add new tile from floor to ceiling; build new patio area (slab and cover); remove all wood areas on exterior of house and replace with stucco; upgrade electrical panel; paint exterior of the house and most interior areas. In addition, we had them demo our old “wood” retaining wall and had them push our hill back about 3-4 feet and build a new concrete retaining wall. TR Construction also ensured we had proper drainage in the back yard so that any water would flow away from the house. These folks are awesome! All of the office staff are very responsive; sub-contractors (framers, demo, drywall, electricians and concrete crews, etc) are masters of their trade and everyone is very professional and polite. Our project took 5 1/2 months instead of 4 1/2 but that’s understandable because of the additional work that needed to done (which was agreed upon by all parties before hand).

TR Construction is excellent! I really appreciated the detailed estimate which included information about projected time to begin and complete my roofing repair project. Each time I called the office, I was able to speak to a real person right away. They were also honest. I thought I needed more work done than was actually necessary, and they were kind enough to let me know what wasn't needed. The 10-year warranty gives me piece of mind and tells me that they stand behind their work.

TR Construction installed a retaining wall for us and did an amazing job! The crew dug everything out by hand; reinforced the wall with rebar, concrete, backfilled it and sealed it with a water barrier. We also had them repair a leak in our main bathroom; they had to demo everything and when the work was done, it was BEAUTIFUL!
