The initial mitigation wasn't terrible. We selected the company to also do the repairs. This was July 4th We're STILL waiting on cabinets and flooring, 9 months later. Issue after issue. Beyond frustrated.
EDITED - May-- STILL waiting on them to respond about last of repairs. BEWARE of this company. The owner is even unresponsive. Has been telling us for 3 weeks that he'd call us, still nothing.

A pipe in the floor burst and drenched all of the carpeted floors. Thankfully our insurance covered it and the company they hired was Service Restoration. They dried and cleaned up all the damage that was done by the water. Honestly it's one of the best services we've used since moving to NC. Ray and Brian were very punctual and did an amazing job. They took their time to do everything properly and you could tell that they knew what they were doing. They took away a problem that was creating a big headache for us. Honestly I'm very happy with their service. 10/10 would recommend.
