Daniel provided a much-needed tuneup for my sewing machine. When I brought it home and it still wasn't working properly, I emailed and got a quick yet thorough response with exactly the tips I needed to correct the user-error on my end. Would definitely go back!

I ordered a picture of the “Christmas Vacation Hap-Hap-Happiest Christmas” quote all the way back on November 21st. Not only have I not received itwhen I click on the “tracking number” they gave me & the USPS is STILL waiting for it. It’s now Dec 21, and as this was supposed to be a Xmas decoration what is the point? I ordered similar decorations on iCanvas the same day. They printed it, shipped it and when i received it, there happened to be a flaw on the print. They reprinted it & reshipped it within days that’s 2 prints and two shipping cycles within the same amount of time Quilts4U “printed” my order and kind of just lost it somewhere along the way. This was $63 I could have spent on ANYTHING else for the Xmas season. Terrible!

I visited this quilt shop when visiting Columbia Missouri. The store is beautifully set up and organized with a good deal of products and sample items. I purchased a quilt kit while there. The kit indicated on the front what was included and what additional supplies were needed. In two places it indicated that the backing was included. When I arrived home (Colorado) I opened the kit to begin working on this quilt. The backing was not included. I called the store and was told backing is never included. Despite telling the customer service person it says it is on the package no option was suggested for fixing this situation. I would have settled for a small credit or to have them send a solid color for me to use for the backing. Neither was provided. It's not like I can run and over and return it so I am pretty irritated. If you buy a kit there make sure you have all the parts before you leave.

The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable about the sewing machines and was willing to help with anything I needed.
