  Such a positive experience! Very quick process and excellent communication. I sent my ring to another seller (Worthy) before sending it to Alon and had such a hard time with them, I demanded my ring back before it even went to auction. Two weeks they had my ring and all they did was clean it. From the moment I contacted them, customer service was excellent and constant. I HIGHLY recommend The Diamond Oak Team. 10/10

  Far exceeded our expectations!!! Working with Wendy was great!!! She walked us through the process and could tell we were a bit hesitant. Her professionalism, prompt responses and passion for her clients put us at ease. The ring is absolutely beautiful, I’m so excited it’s mine!!! Turn around time was fast and packing was thoughtful and perfect, arriving with the cutest white bow. We will definitely use The Diamond Oak again!!!

  Alon was a delight to deal with. All my questions were promptly answered and I asked a lot! I was concerned about the credibility, but was assured as I learned more about my item. Once satisfied it was easy to place the order and pay. Then the waiting game! My gift arrived quickly and upon opening was so excited to see the item not only met, but was beyond my expectations. I would recommend buying from The Diamonds Oak. I know I will.

  Working with Alon was wonderful! He bought my engagement ring and Tiffany Necklace. He was understanding when it took me a minute to commit to the sale, knowing it was potentially emotional for me. His price was generous and it was a very easy process. I recommend without hesitation.

  We don't usually leave reviews but everyone deserves to know that Alon can mostly definitely take care of you. We were hesitant to buy online but Alon was super accommodating and responded quickly. He provided multiple options taking our criteria and budget into account, and even kept a lookout on his new inventory to see if it would be a good match for us. When it came down to the purchase itself, I had rapid fired at him dozens of different questions and asked him to do a handful of additional requests - he answered them all knowledgeably and met all of our requests and needs. He contacted us immediately after getting our order to make sure all the information was correct.
  
  We received a stunning ring that was more perfect than the rings we saw at the Tiffany store - because it met every criteria we wanted and at a great price point. Our experience was so personalized, it made such a big decision a super easy one!
