Our seller Kevin was honest and straight to the point! He had the patience of showing us all the models that we where interested in and he was very friendly a nice to our kids, and Rob made it happen for us to get exactly what we needed. The only down that I found was the waiting to get all the paperwork together to complete the transaction and the fact that I have to go back another day to have the running boards that we wanted installed other than that great service! Will definitely recommend the dealer and would do business with them again!

It comes as no surprise to many that buying a new car can be a stressful and frustrating experience. However, I am happy to report that I had a very positive experience with Toyota of Vero. My salesman (Ron Perez) provided me exceptional service. He did not apply any sales gimmicks or hard sales tactics. He respected my decisions. Unquestionably, Mr Perez is a man of integrity and possessions a strong work ethic. He worked tirelessly igetting the car of my dreams at a reasonable price. Mr Perez is very responsive professional who will provide you with exceptional service. Also, the dealership works as a cohesive team which enhances the service provided to customers. Recently bought a new 2017 Toyota 4runner. Very happy with purchase. Only thing I regret is adding the additional 4k in extended warranties. I added the extended warranty once before with another dealer and it ended up being a waste of money since they didn't hold up to their end. Time will tell if I just threw away 4k on these warranties or not. Also don't bother trading in your vehicle. Was offered 6500 for a car that had Kelley blue book trade in value of 10k. Kia of Fort Pierce offered me 12k on same car only a month before so was quite disappointed in that valuation. These are only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Salesmen are not pushy like most other dealers and this is breath of fresh air since this is why I drove to Vero Beach instead of going to local Ft Pierce Toyota dealer.
