I read all these positive comments about this place but none of the match the experience that had at this location. Go to look at a truck. Passenger side of this truck has dents and dings down the side with bare metal showing in spots. Center console latch is missing so you can’t put that up so another person can sit up front told they won’t fix that. Then the window switch on the drivers door will only operate the drivers window nothing else and they expect to get almost $18,000 for this truck and it has 196,000 miles. Telling me they aren’t safety related so they probably won’t fix it. I understand that anyone shopping here is credit challenged but to jack the price of a truck up 4-6 thousand more than it is worth on top of the killing you are making on financing it. That is robbery.

I came in on a Saturday morning fearing that I would get rejected like most auto dealers with the "pre approved" bait & switch after you waited for hours. My salesperson Tish Fisher was excellent and helped me land a pretty sweet car. I recommend Oak Motors to anyone who may be credit challenged, they will help you as long as you are willing to help yourself build your credit. Thank you Mrs. Fisher and the rest of the team at Oak Motors.

Just wanted to say tish the assistant manager is awesome. We took our older van in to see if we could trade it and she made it painless.
Had our answer and was approved all in about an hour !
I would and will recommend oak motors to all my friends and family.

Tish just helped me buy my first car!!! I came in crying my eyes out because I didn't think anyone could help me and she was so nice and helpful the whole time!!! Tish (assistant mgr) was very polite, no pressure. She put me in the vehicle I wanted. I recommend going to oak motors in Anderson. If you want fast friendly service Ask for Tish!

I will be recommending all of my family and friends to go to Oak Motors in Anderson Indiana if they are looking to purchase a new or used automobile. The staff there is awesome especially Ms. Tish Fisher she is so very professional at nice my wife and just love her she informed us of everything we needed to know and didn't hesitate to answer all the questions my wife and I had. It was an all around wonderful experience thanks Tish Fisher we love our new car.

Words can not describe the thanks I have in my heart for Oak Motors and their family. I have been through so much this past year, and I walked away with the car of my dreams.
